Our stay was great. Staff was super accommodating and we were able to check in to our room before the standard check in time. Room service was great and they cleaned our room everyday. Was super close to the 1,2 ans W train. Would definitely stay here again.

Satisfactory stay. Only con was lack of daily drinking water - but they had dispensers in the gym so that helped. The front desk was also kind enough to help me with my luggage because they don’t have bellboys.

I almost didn’t booked after reading reviews. So glad I did very close to trains and Staten Island Ferry Parking close across street ticket is validated at discount fare. Front desk all very nice polite and professional. The room very clean no problems closely located to restaurants and shopping also CVS. Nice restaurant on 2nd floor will booked again Thanks for a lovely stay
