I really enjoyed this property..I debated long and hard to but I was so satisfied with selection. The staff was great. I wished I wrote down names but Martin was amazing. Very helpful. The property is right near the 1 & 4 trains. Very accessible. My room was very clean. No breakfast provided by the hotel but there is a restaurant on the 2nd floor. I will be back on my next trip to the city.

Location sucks - met 5 other people looking for 3 other Hilton's nearby & this one offered no shops for basics like small meals or beverages. Sink was clogged & remained unfixed. You could hear other rooms. Staff was not helpful or efficient.

I didn't like the breakfast, offered acomodations for allergies (stated in website and menu) but it wasn't true. No options for gluten and dairy free, meals were pre-made. Very small room, not enough space to store clothes, not even drawers. Water in the shower was either too cold or too hot. Water in the faucet too strong and splashed around. I liked the bed, and pillows very comfortable. Well located near metro and battery park.

Wanted to watch NBA playoff games in bar with friends. One tv in bar was not working. Engineer was called and after investigation said it was not connected to the antenna. The other two TVs were not able to broadcast the channel even though it was available in the room. We left for a different establishment.

Overall the property was excellent except for the shower. The temperature fluctuated constantly while showering, losing all hot water at times. Spent longer in the shower than necessary due to time just adjusting temp waiting for hot water. The bartender makes amazing cocktails!!! Especially the Sunrise Colada and Leg Shaker! Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay 😊
