Yes the room was spotless. The bed was perfectly enormous. I would say this though, one has to be very carefull getting out of the shower, it can be easy to have a bad slip. The staff are excellent and i want to give a huge hoorah to Whitney who helped me get the times and flight numbers of my departure, things that i did not know.

I would have liked to know that the hotel has a shuttle service, that you pay for. I would have gotten them to pick me up at the airport rather than take a cab. The vehicle for the self paid shuttle service was a lot nicer than the cab.

We had a terrace with garden arm chairs and even a hammock. We were 9 floors up and it felt like we were on the ground floor the terrace had flowers plants and trees all around it. The location is amazing 3 min walk to then nearest subway 6 minutes to Times Square. It was close to everywhere but quiet Staff are amazing I would recommend to everyone

Such a great space for our family. The terrace gave extra room on gorgeous fall days which was a lovely touch. The bathroom and room were always clean. The smell when you walk in the hotel was like feeling you are home.
