I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a subway stop I needed to use to get to a concert in queens. The location is meh but the hotel itself is WONDERFUL. Clean, chic, friendly staff. There is a cute cafe in the lobby that will even deliver food up to your room at a moment’s notice. If there was a hotel like this in KTown I’d never stay anywhere else.

We had an excellent stay at Arlo Hotel Midtown. In the heart of downtown NYC, the hotel was a quiet haven amid the city’s nonstop energy. Kenneth, the lobby host, made our visit memorable. He greeted us with genuine warmth and remembered my husband’s name every time we passed through. That level of attention stood out. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
