Yes the room was spotless. The bed was perfectly enormous. I would say this though, one has to be very carefull getting out of the shower, it can be easy to have a bad slip. The staff are excellent and i want to give a huge hoorah to Whitney who helped me get the times and flight numbers of my departure, things that i did not know.

Arlo Midtown is a stylish, well-run hotel in a great Midtown location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The hotel has a nice bar and a beautiful rooftop lounge with great city views, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The on-site restaurant was also very good, offering tasty meals in a pleasant setting. The room was a bit small, but the design was smart and efficient, providing plenty of storage space and functionality. Despite its size, it felt comfortable and cozy. Best of all, it was very quiet, which is rare and truly appreciated in the middle of New York City. The elevator system was impressively efficient, unlike many other hotels where you end up waiting a long time. Another excellent feature was the SMS concierge line, which made it easy to contact staff for any needs or questions. Overall, Arlo Midtown delivers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful design. The combination of friendly service, smart rooms, and great amenities makes it a standout choice in Midtown Manhattan. I will definitely be back on my next visit to New York City.

I had high expectations. I paid for my night on Expedia and was supposed to pay for their urban fee at the hotel. They charged me twice and regardless of that went in my room and left a note saying I had to pay and also were calling me all of that after 2hr that I checked in. Traveling alone gave me major anxiety that they went in my room. I’m staying there even if something was to go wrong I obviously wouldn’t run away. I stayed for one night and the whole time wasn’t unsure if they would go in my room again with me there. Front desk apologized said it was a mistake but I paid almost 600$ to spend the night in terrible circumstances and got zero rest. Will not recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it is location.
