We had a very nice stay, would stay again albeit rooms are on the smaller side and I have been in more comfortable beds. Was a little taken back by the $7 drip coffee. Regardless enjoyed being there, very neat and clean and the service was excellent. The valet parking was huge, parking in NYC is never fun or easy.

Hotel 1 Central Park

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. My room was upgraded to a junior suite without my asking. They made me aware of the hotel’s car service and provided several umbrellas for me and family members who met me at the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Room was beautiful, shower was missing part of the door so the water ran out and soaked the floor, the faucet was coming out of the wall. There was a blackboard above the bed that hadn’t been cleaned and said “suck big dick” on it
