This hotel is horrible. I don’t recommend no one to stay here. It’s very dirty and it’s not up today. Their linen is filthy. Bathroom condition is very dirty as well. As soon as you walk into the hotel it does not smell clean at all. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel, especially if you’re staying with children

Hidden Times Square Gem

I had a wonderful stay at the City Club Hotel. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming—even the housekeeping team, whom we happened to run into on the street, greeted us with kindness. Our room was perfect for my family of four while we were in town for a family event. The hotel had everything we needed—nothing overly fancy, but comfortable, accommodating, and just right. Plus, the price was unbeatable—truly one of the best deals in NYC. The location was ideal, making it easy to take the train around the city and get to Grand Central without any hassle. We’ve already recommended City Club Hotel to our friends and family—it’s a true hidden gem!

I payed on your site friday around 11pm friday NYC time jan 24 2025 . I got to hotel they said they were sold out I had no room I was forced to go across street pay more for a room for 1 night this hotel was less than that for two nights the charge is still on my account I also think you should give me some type of hotel credit since I was forced to pay that amount extra for other hotel

This was our first stay at City Club and had an excellent experience. The rooms felt a little outdated and needs some TLC but for the location and cost…it was excellent!! Will definitely be back!

We have stayed in NYC a dozen times and this room was the most comfortable and largest of any we have stayed in. Usually our family of four is very cramped but there was plenty of extra space and even closet/storage space. The extra seating (table/chairs and lounge sofa that is a single bed) was great. The hotel is a bit dated and can use some maintenance but it was clean, the staff was great and the location was convenient. For the price, I highly recommend it!

The room was on the 2nd floor. The bathroom has a window in the shower. Part of the window was covered with some kind of substance so people couldn’t see in or out but part of it was NOT. I realized in the morning that I could see onto the roof and across the way and others could see in. The bed was hard, the furniture was falling a part (duct tape was holding some things together). Awful!
