This hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, everything was immaculate spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and filled with the most amazing scent that reminded me of Baccarat. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming, always smiling and eager to help. The restaurant on site was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, making everything easily accessible. What truly made this stay unforgettable was how special they made me feel on my birthday. They went above and beyond by helping coordinate beautiful flowers delivered from my family back home, along with a fruit platter, balloons, and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant so much to me. highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would absolutely stay here again. An exceptional experience from start to finish!

Stayed for 5 nights it was nice, food from the diner honestly wasn’t the best but if you don’t want to walk far or just need something quick it will do just fine. Im not sure if it’s cause we booked the accessible room/restroom so I’m not sure about the other rooms but our there’s no wall or tile to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom floor it’s an open shower concept so the water is supposed to go down the drain which is in the middle of the bathroom 3 feet from the sink & 3 feet from the toilet give or take therefore the water didn’t drain fast or efficiently so you’re just walking around in cold water puddle which was annoying other than that the room was mildly clean I would possibly stay here again
