We had a great time at the W Times Square. Ish was simply fantastic, he made our checkin process easy and explained the property in a funny and friendly way. We were able to go to the TMPL gym and got our complimentary drinks. He also signed us up to become Marriott members, so we’re looking ahead to a long time relationship with the chain. My family and I had an excellent experience at the W Hotel. The location was perfect, and our suite offered stunning views. Great views and on Times Square. No free internet, bathroom needs updating (mold in the shower caulking, corner of mirror missing), overall dusty, front staff not welcoming. The man in charge of taking luggage to the holding area was very friendly! Our family was staying around the corner and had a better experience overall
