Room was very hot, we requested a fan or to turn the thermostat down, they sent engineer in to look at it, sent us a heater. We called back down to front desk requesting a fan to cool the room. They then brought a fan it helped but could not turn heat off. The room was not too clean and dated. There was old wrappers laying in the corner. The hotel was in a great location. Staff was nice and accommodating.

I chose to stay at this property based on previous reviews. The staff were excellent and the location was convenient; however, I should have taken more seriously the comments regarding noise. The noise level at night was particularly disruptive, and I was repeatedly awakened by sounds from outside as well as from neighboring rooms. Additionally, I was perplexed by the inconsistency in cleanliness. While the room itself appeared well maintained, the restroom seemed to have been only partially cleaned. The shower had significant dust accumulation in the corners, and the sink area was notably dirty, showing streaks that suggested it had not been properly cleaned after prior guests. I ultimately had to clean these areas myself. For these reasons, I do not plan to stay at this property again.

Great hotel in Times Square. Convenient and easily walkable to Theatre district and other areas. Safe, clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was very professional and accommodating.

The W is showing signs of wear, but we felt safe and welcomed by the DoorMan Team, front desk at check in & the concierge (DAVID is fabulous!!!). Location is EVERYTHING! The living room is an amazing social space - comfy and ample seating - great background music!
