Hotel main area was nice and renovated. . Rooms did not have coffee maker nor refrigerator. Restrooms were dated, very tiny with metal sinks as in aero planes. Location of hotel was very convenient esp in getting around. Luggage holding for a small fee was a very convenient feature,

The room, and especially the bathroom, were impeccably clean. The room is on the small side, but for a room in the Times Square area it is probably quite large. The price was fantastic, considering the location. We did have one minor issue when we checked in. The safe wasn't working because the battery was low, but the staff had it fixed within 15 minutes of being notified. It is a short walk to many Broadway theaters, and we would definitely stay here again.

I was given a room which had an old stream vent in it which was designed when they built the building. There is no option for you to turn it off or on because hot steam just rises out of it. Hence the room got very hot. There is air conditioning in the room but it was so noisy and rattled I had to turn it off at night to try and get to sleep. The hotel is in a great location but you need to stress you do not want a room with the steam vent in it. Also at night I did find it noisy with cars continuously using their horns at night. Next time I visit New York I would stay in a quieter area like SoHo.

The room was very clean but small. Location is perfect for all your sightseeing adventures. Steps to Times Square and all the Theaters. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to check into my room early so that was a plus. The room was clean and surprisingly bigger than I expected. I had the single room. I caught the bus at Port of Authority bus terminal. It was a 7 minute walk, a short walk to the train station to visit Brookland (Barclays Center), and on the next block over from the Lion King. I didn’t want to spend money on Ubers so this was perfect for me! Praise God

The room was small but fairly clean. However, if this is a "deluxe" We do not want to see the not deluxe! Old in need of fixing the bathtub... the sink remind us of prison cells - ugly stainless steel. Checked in at 4pm and check out at 11am! Outrageous! It was not worth the money! At check in, the staff were not always pleasant - speak loud to everyone to hear your business and not clear about lines to check in. Sorry to say that, we will not stay here again and won't recommend it.

A great spot right by Times Square and walking distance to almost everything. I had a nice small cozy room. I booked and then saw certain reviews that made be second guess but I absolutely enjoyed staying here. The elevator was a little hard to figure out at first but that was me being oblivious to something simple 😭

very very noisy, construction site across the road, they start at 7am with heavy machinery, plus the traffic and constant horns tooting and sirens all night long.. The safe is our room wouldn't work and they couldn't replace it. Then was shifted to another room which was even worse, and smaller, then shifted to a third room that was so noisy we didn't sleep . Never again ! Never again

The room wasn’t clean, there was debris in the tub and hairs on the bedding. The thermostat was also stuck on 80 and even the engineer they sent up couldn’t fix it so the room was a sweat box.
