I don't know why lobbies have to have mysic cranked so loud. Everybody's sitting waiting to get into their rooms, but it doesn’t seem to relax things to have loud music playing. The floors also seemed kind of dim. But the room was clean, well-appointed, and staff were helpful.

Bare bones. Reasonably clean but no water cups, two flat pillows, elevator noise that sounded like furniture being moved all night, and mysterious brown substance emerging from the bathroom vent precluded good sleep. No idea what the "resort fee" was for other than wifi. Great location but generally VERY worn looking.

Rooms were fairly clean and beds comfy, however, the bathroom was very outdated and small. One of our rooms had a broken AC and the staff was not helpful at all with fixing the issue. Spent all weekend in that room with it hot and not cooling. Hotel is very old and needs updating, rooms especially.

Bar was /restaurant was overpriced, even for a hotel. A small sandwhich was $22.00 but looked like a sandwich from 7/11. Room was okay, A/C unit louder than a freight train, bathroom door handle kept getting stuck and the dang shower curtain was hung to high. The beds had just 2 pillows each that folded flat like a towel once laid on. Staff was great however. Price wasnt worth the room and hotel though. Chsrging 4 star rates for a 3 star experience.

It was close enough to walk to times square, but just far enough where it's not crowded to walk in and out of the hotel and the other way are a lot of food and cafe options. As well as a 7/11 arounf the corner.

Staff was great, excellent location, very safe. Lots to eat nearby and a stones throw from all the theaters and Times Square. Room was ok, very basic, perfect as a crash pad for a solo female traveler who spent all day out and about.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 for my teenage son (only going to use the room to sleep & I just wanted him to have some privacy).Due to a glitch while booking, the reservation looked like he was an adult & would be the one responsible for the room.A manager came over, asked if I'd be supervising my child, & if I'd be responsible for the room.Admittedly, I was annoyed but I said of course, I'm the adult responsible for both rooms.Despite my reassurance, I kept getting asked the same question over & over.When I asked what else they'd like me to say, I was told I was "fighting" & being argumentative.I understand the need for them to check & confirm,but the conversation was repetitive,over the top & turned contentious for no reason.I also noted the woman next to me having a similar conversation about needing ID's for everyone "responsible" for each room.It just seemed like a lot considering credit cards are taken as a "security deposit".I wouldn't have reviewed,if this was my only complaint(b/c I was just glad for it to be over),however... The tv's only work via an app you have to download called Chromecast.Fine,except it is a subscription service & must be paid for.Given the cost of the stay,this seems a little "nickel and dime"-y. The beds are not very comfortable. And icing on the cake,a roach,I'd say about 1.5" long RAN ACROSS MY FOOT while I was in the bathroom.The first 3, on their own, could be considered just annoying, but roaches? NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Everything was great!! Only thing, if you’re in the higher levels, the toilet water pressure isn’t that great, so I would use the lobby rest room for #2, just a heads up.
