The room was clean, but the bed frame squeaked when you got into bed. The room was tiny—no microwave, coffee pot, or desk. The door was noisy when you opened it. The TV had a tear in the screen.

checked into your hotel at the scheduled time and was assigned three different rooms, all of which were filthy and unsatisfactory. Each room had cleanliness issues that made them unacceptable for guest use. After repeatedly reporting the problem, I was told there was a system issue. Dennis specifically stated that the $44 facility charge would be refunded due to the inconvenience and unacceptable conditions. Later, I was informed that no refund would be issued, meaning I was lied to, and I received no reimbursement or compensation of any kind despite the situation. I was still charged the facility fee even though I never received a clean, usable room. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Being moved multiple times, promised a refund, and then denied it entirely is unacceptable.

While the location was decent and having Serendipity next door was fun, I would not stay here again. The beds were wobbly and thin, the towels were a step up from a hand towel. The pics were cute online, but in person it's very different.

Great location and staff lovely but rooms are tiny and very poorly maintained. We had an enjoyable stay for the price over Christmas but an eye mask and earplugs are mandatory with all the flashing lights and noise.

Do not book here. The rooms do not look like the photos. Our bed squeaked even if you breathed. Facilities broken, offering no replacement and rudeness from staff when asking for some water. The bathroom fan was louder than a helicopter. Sure the only positive is its right near time square but I would recommend to book elsewhere for a better stay. Did not feel clean.
