Staff was friendly. But the room was cold with only a little space heater as the only controllable source of heat. Bathroom and shower were not clean at all. Perhaps I just got a bad room. Affordability for the location is the only draw here with OYO.

the experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean and had a strong urine smell, despite being told it was the best room available. When I requested to cancel, the staff member said the manager would handle the cancellation the next morning. However, after contacting Expedia, the cancellation was refused. Overall, poor service and lack of transparency. I would not recommend this property.

Room was adequate and clean and right next to times square. The location is the best part if you want to be right in it at the heart of Manhattan and all you need to use the room for is a place to sleep

We booked a double deluxe room which was supposed to be two queen beds. We were given two full size beds with zero ability to walk around the room. The staff at the hotel did not attempt to resolve this issue.

We had a great stay , if I can say anything negative it would be the shower wasn't sparkling clean as it should have been, lack of heating in the bathroom was harsh in -7 degrees weather last week and the towels were only hand towel size instead of a decent bath sheet , we were so cold !! Maid service was every day , bed was comfortable, friendly staff BUT... main gripe ? We checked out on Monday, today is Saturday and I'm still waiting for my £ $300 deposit back , I have emailed but no response as yet .. annoying!!!!!

Terrible hotel, it’s a scam. It’s extremely expensive and dirty. They charged me almost $1,000 for a supposed smoking incident, and no alarm ever went off and no one smoked. They added the charge after checkout. I tried contacting the hotel but the manager is never available, and they just tell you to dispute the transaction with your bank. I will never stay at this hotel again and I don’t recommend anyone staying there. The pictures are not real and the bathroom was dirty

Good: Prime location adjacent to Time Sq. Excellent staff, especially the cleaners who did an amazing job against adversity. Comfortable bed. Bad: Windows leaked air, -8c outside and we had to request extra blankets due to the badly fitting windows. Shower was tired and dated as was the decor and furnishings. Our room was described as a Deluxe King so we naturally expected higher quality than we got.

Rooms were supposedly recently renovated but paint was peeling, shower didn’t drain properly, and caulk was damaged in bathroom. Bathroom tiles filthy. The “heat” was on but it was just circulating cold air throughout the room in the middle of winter so I was freezing all night. Requested a late checkout of 12:30 so I could grab some extra sleep after a late night of work, but housekeepers banged on my door right at noon anyway.

Maria was fantastic. She remembered our names and was very helpful. As far as the hotel? Not worth the money. Furniture in lobby was dirty and old. Ice machine was broken, no coffee or breakfast available.
