I would not recommend staying here. The hotel lists laundry facilities yet I was directed to a laundromat despite not having coins so I had to then find my own way of laundry. I had to pay for this. The hotel also has a gym that I was not made aware of so I had to find a gym and pay a decent amount. Also the bed would squeak loudly when i was sleeping and moved ever so slightly. I also didn’t receive proper house keeping for two days despite asking for the bed to be made and bins taken out. I was told the room had been serviced twice on one of the days so I had to take photos to justify the experience I had for someone to take me seriously. The breakfast that the listing also includes is not through the hotel but through a separate restaurant and therefore is a decent amount more expensive than I was expecting. There is an extra fee on top of the hotel expense when you arrive and I believe it would be cheaper at the Hilton than this hotel.

Prime location in Times Square. Updates definitely needed for rooms. No towels for 4 of us in the room. Could use a dresser instead of some small bins for use. 1 window shade was torn and broken. Vent in ceiling was dusty and right over one bed and you could see wires above. Overall, location was the best and staff were kind and helpful.

The best thing about Oyo is the location!!! The room was average. Like many other hotels in the area, the rooms are tiny. Room needed a little upgrading and the bed was squeaky. However it was so easy to get around and walkable to the subway and many locations we wanted to visit. Overall I would stay here again.

Brilliant location in the middle of it all. Close to all the broadway theaters. Great price for the location, clean rooms with ironing board and iron and hairdryer. Staff incredibly helpful and lovely. Highly reccomend.

When we first checked in we noticed the lobby chairs and everything around were worn and dirty, but then we got in the elevator there was dried puke on the inside of the door. Skeptical at this point, we got to the room (maybe a 10x10) and overall it was not clean, the air conditioner was really loud and it smelled really sweet in the room. The bed was a metal frame with a 4” mattress on it. I was trying to speak with “Expedia AI” about changing hotels and didn’t get anywhere other than to speak with the hotel directly. As I was working all of this, my sinuses were completely closing up and I lost my voice only to find the black mold in the shower. Overall, we felt like we walked into a rent by the hour motel. The thing I must say when we gathered our things to go check out is the gentleman at the desk was wonderful and refunded the deposit to me and was very nice. The pictures online are from when it was built…not what it looks like today.

Disappointing.

Room was tired looking, AC was super noisy in excess of 90dcb. Tattered blinds and in general I was disappointed with the room. Not enough to contact reception as it was just a squeaky bed for the 5 nights. I had stayed across the road in July but too the OYO to save some cash. Wish I hadn’t. A noisy fan on the outside of the building as well. Good location.

We really loved Maria and Effrin ( bell man) at the desk. She was super helpful. The hotel itself could use a little bit of work. Definitely no frills blinds broken room smelled a little like dirty rags. But the location was great.
