Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I would not recommend staying here. The hotel lists laundry facilities yet I was directed to a laundromat despite not having coins so I had to then find my own way of laundry. I had to pay for this. The hotel also has a gym that I was not made aware of so I had to find a gym and pay a decent amount. Also the bed would squeak loudly when i was sleeping and moved ever so slightly. I also didn’t receive proper house keeping for two days despite asking for the bed to be made and bins taken out. I was told the room had been serviced twice on one of the days so I had to take photos to justify the experience I had for someone to take me seriously. The breakfast that the listing also includes is not through the hotel but through a separate restaurant and therefore is a decent amount more expensive than I was expecting.
There is an extra fee on top of the hotel expense when you arrive and I believe it would be cheaper at the Hilton than this hotel.
