Even though it was very close to Times Square / theater district, it was pretty quiet. Loved the location and the room was adequate. Didn't care for the bed. If either person rolled over the entire bed shook. Other than that it was fine.

Very uncomfortable stay. We had a three night stay at Times Square with my family and the very first night the air conditioner leaked water all night onto the floor and made a puddle of water. We reported this the next morning only to find out that their systems were down and they could not change our room. The very next night we were woken up about 2:00 a.m. in the morning to a knock in our door for someone quote "to see if the room was vacant". This made my wife and children very uncomfortable but what made it worse is it happen again the next night. Because there was no systems operating and the phones were down my wife had to call from her mobile cell and report it to the front desk who did not pick up after 5 attempts. We were told our room would be changed but later could not because their systems were still down after the second day. Other than unsafe feeling, water leaks, there was also a very dirty restroom with very low pressure on the shower. Whenever stay here again.

The room on the 7th floor are very bad. Bathroom and room look so old and rusty. The bed is noisy and the AC noise will keep you awake all night. So disappointing compare to the pictures. Please be aware.

When we arrived at the property there was no running water and no working AC. It was over 80 degrees outside and we had been walking all day - we were not able to cool down or take a shower. The staff was not informed of when issues would be fixing, stating “management knows but isn’t here.” The whole situation was very frustrating.
