There was never hot water all four days. The towels were so worn you could see through them. Cracked window with a torn shade. I had a TV but had to ask for a remote that didn’t work.

The hotel is fine, much better than the reviews suggested beforehand, but nothing to go crazy for. The staff were lovely throughout our stay! I thought the $100 per night deposit was quite high, but it was released immediately upon checkout which was great. The room was very small. It didnt even have a wardrobe. The bed was quite uncomfortable and extremely squeeky. We had to ask reception to tighten the bed every day but it didnt really help. So it wasnt necessarily a relaxing stay but was fine as a place to sleep and shower. You really cant fault the location of the hotel for tourism and sightseeing. Its conveniently located nearby all subway lines so its a great base. It doesnt have the perks of higher star hotels, it looks a bit worn down and its a shame because with a bit more investment into the upkeep and quality of the furniture, it could be a great hotel! Overall, the hotel is fine. If you're looking for high quality you will be disappointed but if youre looking for a place to sleep in a really convenient location, OYO is a good option.

The TV screen was cracked and didn't work. mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Blanket was thin. bed frame was very noisy. very noisy pipes (or something in the walls). window drapes were visibly dirty. bathroom was a little grimey as well.

This hotel is terrible. The rooms look like prison cells. The beds are very uncomfortable and squeak with the tiniest movement. The safe in the room is just sitting on a table. You can just pick it up and leave with it. Our room was so hot we couldn’t get dressed without sweating. They couldn’t get it fixed and we had to pack up and move rooms. The towels are old, thin and dingy. The elevators are small and only one works. There is a $44/day facility fee, yet you get nothing for it

We specifically requested a queens bed (as per the options) and were given a room with a bed smaller than a double, the lampshade was ripped, marks all over the wall, door was chipped, and 0 walking space - after talking to staff we were moved to a different room ( but only the next day) with more space but still had issues with chipped walls and doors and unclean grout in the bathroom, and the small bed. Wouldn’t recommend. The room did not match the pictures- and didn’t match the ‘newly refurbished’ description on the website- only the foyer did

The only good part of our stay were the bellman and housekeeping team. The building is run down and dirty, and the amenities are non-existent. We got a larger room but it was completely empty and bare — not even a closet. Looks nothing like the photos, and the hallway and elevator were extremely dirty/run down. The elevator was also tiny and took an extremely long time to operate and call.
