In Room Heating Faulty
The heating system in room did not work. It continually blew cold air. I called reception and was told - we could not change rooms - the heating system would take a few hours to work - a portable fan heater was delivered to the room. It was very noisy and did not work very well.

The superior king room that I had was very comfortable. It was well appointed, spacious, quiet and the bed enabled a good night's sleep. Staff were helpful. Next time I need to stay in Wellington I will be staying here.
