The rooms were quiet dusty, the tables and around the beds you could see quiet a big build up of dust. Some more detailed cleaning/dusting would help. Often had to ask/follow up with things that should have already been available in the room. Breakfast/restaurant was lovely.

There was no room service available we put out our sign to service the room , we had to ask and it was done late in the evening or in the afternoon , the linen wasn’t fresh , there was a sock and underwear left in the bed.They asked for an extra $200 credit card deposit which wasn’t mentioned when the booking was made. Short staffed , valet parking was slow , Very disappointing
