View of city and harbour was amazing. Only thing which wss not a biggie was a choice of decaf tea or hor chocolate would have been nice as not all of us drink coffee or tea. Will stay again that said!

Television had no sound on TV NZ channels. They were aware of the problem but did not inform me of the problem at check in. The buffet breakfast food was either cold or barely warm at 7.40am. The used towels in bathroom were not replaced. Bed not made.

Enjoyed my stay here! The staff was very nice when I checked in. They extended my parking a few hours so I could walk around town after check out. One thing is parking was pretty expensive at $35 NZD /night. Maybe I am cheap though and this is common! 😅

Room was clean, comfy beds. Had a microwave and a neat drawer with plates, cutlery, a tea towel even washing up liquid and a corkscrew. Restaurant is not great, it serves a basic menu. Luckily you can exit the hotel via the ground floor, turn left and walk down the steps and you start to see the first of many eateries on the way into the centre. We were on the 12th floor. The room was toastie and no air con, opened the window but that’s only good if it isn’t blowing a gale.
