Really nice hotel. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Good Location, city is very walkable if you like walking. Bed was two single mattresses which was the only small disappointment for a nicer hotel.

Clean rooms but for a top end one these are not luxurious really. Some of the gift boxes eg vanity set, sewing kit etc were empty. We had a sticking sliding door and the guest ipad had the previous guest still logged in...not a good look. The staff however were amazing, top quality. They spent time talking and not rushing us and couldnt do enough to help us. They all need a pay rise !. Valet parking was a dream and god send in the CBD.. Due to the staff and friendliness i woukd definatly stay there again but wontbwait 15 years between visits.

We had a fabulous stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was easily among the best we have had staying in hotels around the world.

Always a nice visit. A very quiet area at the weekend but not far to walk to shops, cafes, bars etc. staff are always really nice, the room we selected was big, spacious, and had a very comfy bed. All makes for a relaxing stay.
