Liked that the room was clean and bed made well. Didn’t Appreciate our room being next to a staff room where noise came from their coming and going. Didn’t appreciate having a bed on wheels as it moved, room floor wasn’t level. The end of the bed where you lay your head went downwards. Came to realise why i woke with a headache each morning, because your head is going slightly downwards.

Nice enough room. Shower wash supplied was nice smelling. Bathroom shower drain was smelly throughout the bathroom and vinyl on shower floor was not attached and bubbled up when standing on floor. No pillowcase for spare pillow in cupboard so could not use.

The air-conditioning is terribly noisy. We couldn’t sleep and reluctantly had to turn it off. You can imagine how bad it is in the cold winter. The layout of the bathroom is user unfriendly.
