Perfect location

Have been back to the Ibis several times and will continue to do so. Is in perfect location with walking distance to ASB arena for events, te papa and shopping in lampton quay and Willis street. No need to pay for Ubers / taxis to get around town.

Great location, close to wharf

Pros: location, service, bar facilities
Cons: Bigger beds, update bathroom
Location: excellent, close to all
Good service, room a bit cramped and tired but very clean

Great location, room and staff

Easy to check in, perfect location - close to the waterfront, banks, railway station and cable car jump off. Staff are very accommodating, you can order food/drinks at the bar downstairs until late at night or you can take buses to Cuba Street.

Nice hotel.

Pros: Great price, buffet breakfast included, great room and staff most helpful.
Cons: Add on your website that you need to ring to book a carpark.
Although we were called away from the Hotel after a few hours to a family emergency and we didn't get to stay the night. We were exceptionally pleased with the price, buffet breakfast included in stay and the really nice clean and comfortable room. The staff were just lovely and most helpful. Check the parking availability when booking, we did it online and assumed the parking was included but found out we needed to ring through for that before we got there however we got a park right out side anyway. Overall we were very happy even if it was only for a few hours.
