Booked this room after my flight had been cancelled. Only to get to the hotel, wait in line for a hour and find out that they had overbooked and didn’t have a room available. This happened to many people waiting in the lobby. Had to call a friend late at night to stay on their couch. Disastrous.

Everything was great, except the airport shuttle. We were kept waiting over 20 mins whilst the shuttle manager tried to chat up the female driver. We finally had to say that if they didn’t hurry we would miss our plane. Finally this got his attention

Clean room and friendly staff. Convenient airport shuttle. TV does not stream or mirror, so useless to me. Hard to get ice. Shower has a low pressure "rain" showerhead that is not great for shampooing hair.
