I would only describe our experience as adequate. Service was non existent. Food was luke warm and mediocre. All in all a very underwhelming experience

Very helpful staff & clean rooms. Not so keen on disabled rooms, due to lack of storage space in the bathroom.

I asked the staff member if the burger had mustard on it as i am allergic he told me no it does not guess what it does i sent it back after biting in, that is not good enough also why close the bar at 9.30pm when you still had 15 people there waitng for drink, the staff here are not trained and very poor. i expect better from travelodge
