We we accommodated with a larger room with two double beds, because my daughter is wheelchair bound and the space was needed, the staff also loaded our luggage on the dolly to our room upon arrival and checkout and a staff member ordered us a handicapped accessible Uber to our cruise pier. I definitely will make reservations with the Four Points hotel again and highly recommend others to do the same.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff were so helpful with suggestions and keeping our bags before check-in and after checkout. 10 minutes from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Heat/Air conditioner was a little noisy but not enough to disturb sleep. Highly recommend
