A great stay. Clean, comfy and close to all.

What a great hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms were comfy and the views are amazing. The rooftop lounge and 2nd floor bars are beautiful. Location is also excellent. In room dining was delicious as well, especially after a long day in NYC

The hotel is beautiful . The staff was nice . They overcharge me for the deposit. No one picks up the phone and the service was not good . The bartender at the lobby bar was amazing though.

Not all of the elevators were working. The strong scent in the lobby was overwhelming and gave me a headache. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the toilet seat was askew, and our fire alarm was set off by the steam in the shower. Husband almost got locked in the shower because the sliding door got stuck. The decor felt like we were staying in a locker room. I did like the $30 daily food credit and the room service food was excellent. The front desk staff were all extremely nice. However I probably would not stay here again.

Great stay but…

Overall enjoyed the stay but my sofa was stained and there was no coffee maker in the room. No decaf coffee in the cafe either. Staff were super friendly and attentive.
