A modern hotel. Excellent tv monitor. Thick doors so u do not hear the noise in the corridor. However, the room is very small and no closet space at all. There are hooks in the walls and this is where the guest had to hang the clothes. Lucky us our luggage was small so we could place it under the bed. Will recommend for 1-2 night stay where the guest lives of his luggage under the bed.will not recommend for long stay or/ and if u have large luggage.

The hotel was very suitable for my trip. The rooms are small but very sufficient and the design is very nice. I loved the look of everything. The staff was very friendly and considerate. My main complaint was the elevator system as it sometimes took way too long to get a ride up the tower.

It’s in a nice quieter area of the city. The lounge and restaurant Lulla were good. Good location if you want to be central. Good vibe from a younger crowd staying there. Amazing view from the room (south, 38th floor). The room was a bit small, not enough elevators, and the fan from the AC too loud. Wasn’t a fan of the mint scented shower products provided. Overall though a great stay.

Great location in Chelsea and the overall vibe is modern, yet comfortable... very NYC. Nice outdoor dining area. Lots of common areas inside the hotel to relax and so close to everything when we were ready to get out and explore the city.
