Excellent service from the moment we walked in through the time that we checked out. Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. Location was within walking distance of several major attractions, but also tucked away just enough to be on the quieter side. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The only place we stay in NYC. Central location and walking distance to all the theaters. Staff is AMAZING and property has a “Living Room” where coffee, water and snacks are available 24/7 as well as a place to just chill out and relax so you don’t have to sit in your room if you want to have some rest time.
