Eli was the absolute best!! One of the most genuine and nicest person I met in New York! Everything was super easy with check in and I even got my room early. Location was super convenient! My favorite part was the luggage storage. I didn’t have to stress about what to do with my stuff after check out and was able to knock off everything on my todo list before I left the city!

Parking was on 51st street while hotel was on 45th street. Internet advertised a restaurant but hotel had no restaurant. We arrived at the hotel at 4:45pm but our room was not ready. Was told that the lounge had coffee and snacks....no snacks. Reserved a room with a King bed...room given had a queen bed but I didnt want any more hassle.

The staff when we checked in were so friendly. We enjoyed the lounge area on the 27th floor. We loved the location. The room was clean and we were happy to have a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room.

So this was a same day booking due to some circumstances and I can say confidently this place was an absolute gem of a find. The rooms were clean, the staff were beyond friendly and helpful and just plain kind! The amenities were great (free laundry!!!) And the rooftop section was just a nice touch. The location was VERY ideal for me. I will be staying with them again the next visit!

The front staff were very friendly upon check-in. We had to move from another more costly hotel and actually found the staff here, including the front desk manager, more hospitable and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Great location as well!

The location is great! The size of my room would have been fine except for the table that is bolted to the floor that takes up way too much room in such a small space. If I’d been able to move the table in or asked for it to be removed, that would have made a huge difference. The room was mostly clean but I still found other people’s hair in the bathroom and on the towels!!! The laundry was accessible but the dryer took forever to dry. Gym was quite clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property was extremely clean, very convenient, really friendly staff and a great room. We upgraded and had the kitchen option and ate breakfast there each morning. I loved the complementary coffee and tea on the rooftop. It was open 24 hours. I would stay here again in a minute
