Very clean room. Staff, especially, the cleaning crew were fantastic. Perhaps the friendliest cleaning staff that I have ever encountered at a hotel. Staff was great, attentive and courteous. They were able to check us in early for one of room, something that can be hard to find in nyc. Love the area, very peaceful, few block away from Central Park. Found a bagel place 3 blocks away a, trust me you need to try it. Best bagel ever .

Room was very expensive. It was a single king size bed and the room is very small. Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. No dining on site, but lots of great places to eat nearby. Snacks at the snack bar were quite expensive. Pillows were terrible, my husband woke up with a strained neck. We ended up using over six pillows to try to be comfortable. Sheets are not comfortable.
