Accessibility to Times Square and surrounding areas was great. We walked almost everywhere. You are right next door to a precinct which I didn’t mind. Beds were super comfortable and super spacious. Cleanliness of the room was okay — by this I mean when you walk in, everything looks great but when you start looking around you find there’s some areas that were missed. We slept a group of 5 comfortably which is hard to find. For the price, the room did what it had to do. Was it luxurious? No. But we only slept there and were out mostly all day and night.

I had a great stay overall. The room and the general facilities were excellent—highly recommended! The location is perfect, super central, and close to everything. The staff was also very attentive. However, I was disappointed to be charged an additional $57 fee just for booking through Expedia. This has never happened to me at any other hotel before. I chose Expedia specifically for the competitive pricing, so this extra charge felt unfair.

The balcony view gave us a wonderful view of the balconies next door to us. The view is the space between the two buildings, or an alleyway. But we didn't care, we didn't get the room for the balcony view.

On arrival, my toilet was clogged and overflowed. After I went for help twice they never came. Multiple other quirks of the room were inconvenient, for example the bathroom light is automatic and turned off mid shower on me multiple times.

Nice staff. My room was pretty clean but a bit tired and oddly configured. Great location. Good Indian food. Security could be better. No locked storage for bags and no pass required for the elevators.
