Clean room. Grateful for the ice vending machines since there wasnt a fridge in the room. We love this hotel! It's the most family friendly on the strip. Love 48th and crepe! It's another reason we stay here everytime we travel to vegas. Please don't change!

Room was good , clean , great view… The only problem is there was no refrigerator which is kind of expected now in a hotel… They did give me one for free because I had to store insulin which was nice but otherwise they charged $25 a night…and they also need grab bars in the shower. It’s very slick in that tub and there’s no place to hang onto at all not even a towel rack. You’ve got a lot of senior citizens going there and it needs to feel more secure… The restaurants in New York New York were excellent overall we had a great time.

The room was o.k. No refrigerator, no coffee maker or way to boil water. Service was not great. No amenities. Check in was done by someone with an I-pad while waiting in line. It was difficult to find our room. Coffee was only available at a Starbucks downstairs in the hotel with long lines and very expensive coffee. Concierge was not helpful.

We Didn’t like paying the resort fees. The Pool was closed, we came from Alaska expecting to warm up in a heated pool. As senior citizens we don’t ride roller coasters. We feel a little ripped off.
