They only made the bed and cleaned the room once in our 5 day stay. We had to call down for towels twice during our stay. When we asked about room cleaning they tried to tell us it was on request. I doubt such a high end hotel on the strip is cleaning by request. Next time we’ll choose Ceasars.

New York, NY will give your room away!

They gave away my room the first night so they end up comping me a room at the Aria Sky Suites my room was absolutely beautiful there at Sky Suites. The next morning I called and asked them. Why should I have to move when I want to be out exploring they would not just keep me at the sky suites for my stay, which I think is only reasonable. They did try to give me my resort fees back to spend in the hotel like it was a reward, but they were my resort fees that I had already paid for and they gave me $100 credit on top of that for food and drinks and a gift bag of champagne. They did try to do right but still they should’ve just let me stay at the Sky Suites and comped that stay my room should’ve never been given away at 1:30 in the morning when it had already been paid for. I had to pay for a taxi and haul my luggage across the casino floor and then get up the next morning and haul it back out and pay for another taxi back to the New York, New York and leave my bags at the bellhop and pay for another tip.

Disappointed that when I asked for late checkout for my room, they told me there was none available, even though I was willing to pay for the late checkout, but then when I went back and asked if I could stay one extra night in my room, low and behold it became available. Don’t like being lied to.
