We did not eat or drink at the hotel other than one afternoon at the pool when they passed out yummy chocolate sundaes. We tried to get coffee Sunday morning but it wasn’t available until after 8AM. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The rooms were clean. The kitchenette was wonderfully stocked with dishes/cups. One trip to store and we were set for our stay. We loved it here. Just a couple blocks off the strip. Very quiet area even with planes flying in/out of airport. We did not hear them at all when in our room.

Nice Amenities but it's a timeshare

We didn't eat breakfast there, but the lunch food was very good. We had a burger and a chicken wrap with fries. Good amenities but the hot tub was not hot at all and the noise above our room and the leaf blower and lawnmower woke us up at 6am every morning. The bartender was also the cook so you had to wait for her to come out of the kitchen to get a drink. Although she did a great job hustling for working 2 jobs! Also buyer beware! This is a timeshare property so be prepared to be tricked into being offered a "welcome gift" that is a sales tactic. Then to deal with pushy sales people that will ruin your whole vacation for some discounted entertainment. No means no but they will keep it up until you go to the presentation and then even when you tell them that you don’t want to waste their time so they can chase a different mark they keep trying and then accuse you of wasting their time when you still won’t buy a timeshare after their promised 90 minute time suck turns into 2+hours.

I was very impressed with Desert Rose. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. I really appreciated that parking was free. Would definitely recommend! Beds are comfy too!
