I have been to palms place every month for over a year. But lately its getting uncomfortable. Most of the time when i try to get back into my room, they ask to see my card. I understand they are just doing their job, but when i see around its ONLY ME WHO GOT ASKED ALL THE TIME. Thats makes me uncomfortable, its demeaning. Very dissapointed Also they need more maintenance. The tv near my bed doesnt turn on, the toilet handle fell off.

First’s nights stay we had to call for toilet plumbing issues as well as the glass shower door leaning. It looked unhinged where it could possibly fall over. They gave us another room but this time it was the sink that had plumbing issues. It took them an hour to fix it and even then it still wasn’t fixed.

Great Stay!

I enjoyed my stay. The suite was beautiful with spectacular views of the strip. The cabana was relaxing. The food served was delicious. This is my second time booking a suite at PalmsPlace. I recommend it highly.
