The property and employees rock.. Nice group of people. The Unit 50-319 was subpar with issues consisting of broken refrigerator, no utensils or pots to use in the kitchen which was supposed to be stocked, broken shower door, and soap canister in the shower was empty. Maybe the owners need to do a bit of maintenance. Great potential.

It was good, except for the bathroom doors don’t lock. The refrigerator didn’t cool off right away and the AC took a while too to cool off. The room keys didn’t work, when we asked the front desk, we were told they’re very sensitive that they get deactivated quickly when they get closed to a phone or a card so we have to kept knocking when we go back to the room. On our 2nd night when we tried to extend, they offered a different room which we said good, they gave us a new room, we rushed to empty the old room but when we got to the new room, it wasn’t ready and when we asked the front desk, he had to check with the manager who said they’re sorry it wasn’t ready until 5pm because they need to do a deep cleaning, but why did they told us it’s ready when it wasn’t.

Arrived to check in at 3pm was told my room wasn’t available. Also I prepaid for my room so the guy said to me. If you pay your incidentals we can have them start cleaning a room for you. Like WHAT!?!?! Long story short I didn’t get a text message that my room was available until 5:30pm. Never again.

Not too happy, bathroom doors don’t lock. AC not working too good. Refrigerator didn’t cool up, some foods went bad, drinks were warm and all room keys didn’t work. But the keys I asked the from desk late in the evening and were replaced But otherwise property is very nice. With a good view

Great overall
Overall we had a great stay at Palms Place. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. I chose this hotel because of the kitchenette which was definitely a plus to have. I also liked that it was away from the strip and quieter. I did not like the strong perfume/cologne like odors that overwhelmed the hallways and lobby area. Our shower head was not clean and we had a broken chair in our room when we got there but someone came and fixed those issues right away. Also there was a hair in my food at the restaurant which was an absolute turn off but they were kind about it and offered to compensate. Despite those negative experiences, I would still stay again.
