There was no hot water. I let the shower and bath run for almost an hour and never reached Luke warm. I had to take a cold shower and couldn’t use the bathtub. I had to clean the shower myself. Lots of blackness in the grout. Other than that the room would have been great

The microwave, stove top and refrigerator did not work. I called the front desk in the first time they just answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes without checking on me so I disconnected. Then I finally called back and the gentleman said that I could go on the maintenance request list but they could not tell me how long it would be before the maintenance could get to me nor did they give me any follow up communication about that. We were in the elevator and it kept saying there was a malfunction several times while we were riding in it and I felt very unsafe. The staff Lexi I met upon check in was very delightful and Ruthy whom I met at check out was pleasant and helpful as well. Ruthie listen to my concerns and point me in the right direction to contact the property manager to discuss my discrepancies because normally when I stay at this location, it’s amazing, however this stay made it feel like I was staying at a motel 6. This stay was very unsettling and I would double think staying there the next time I do visit.

This was my first stay at Palms Place and the room was amazing. Definitely adding to my places in Vegas. The room was clean and housekeeping service was daily. Lots of space with an amazing bathroom.

I booked thru Expedia and being a local have heard great things about palms place. From the second we got in the room, there was brown streaks all down the shower mystery crusty stains on the tables and the final straw was mold in the bathroom. On the ceiling there was multiple patches of mold. Our entire stay was 4 1/2 hours as palms did not to give us another room and wouldn’t even let us pay for an upgrade to a different room

Amazing view, super nice staff, nice distance from the strip, and nice amenities. Only downfall was the headboard above the bed in our room looked like it’d seen some days and needed to be replaced but other than that I would definitely stay again!

I’m a returning Guest of the Palms. Vegas sure has changed over the years. The Customer service & security was good. But I’ve noticed the attention to detail has diminished. Upon relaxing & making ourselves comfortable in our studio Suite we did come across some unpleasant amenities. The shower handle needs to be serviced. My wife just about burned herself due to no warning on the illuminated mirror. The fan / extractor in the (shower / toilet) area isn’t operating. I’m aware it stated the room’s balcony is closed/locked (disappointing). Tv Remote wasn’t functioning (After making a call to the front desk the remote was replaced.) Still No ice machine or filtered water on the refrigerator in the room. Called the night before to request a late check out for a fee, Only to be denied or as the front desk stated “No late check outs have been approved”. As always thank you for listening.

Several issues with the room

Well, I enjoyed my trip overall this is the second time I’ve stayed at this particular property and there was issues with the room. While there the pool was open once. When I initially arrived, I was informed I cannot do an early check-in and asked to return to the property at three once I returned at 3 o’clock. I was advised that I was not able to check in due to the room, not being available and was not provided with a timeline of when the room would be available to check in.
