Nice but way too many kids. Need an adults only pool. Prices are ridiculous. $40 for a large machine made pina colada is highway robbery. Find some nice restaurants. Food at pool was absolutely horrible. Doubt I would go back.

The Mandalay Bay and the W along with all of Las Vegas has got expensive especially around the pools. If you would like a little shade round the pool minimum $150 just to get an Umbrella. We got two cones and a margarita $65 so don’t go thinking you can travel on a budget.

nice place to sun... The signs of where to find things in the casino could be better. I am 69 in good health and I was with my 18 -year old granddaughter and sometimes it took us quite of bit of time looking at the "above signs" for - Michael Jackson show - self parking - work out room -cardiofitness room, spay - beach part signs could be better.

There were kids everywhere, this significantly reduced my morale as I was expecting a vacation free from child's play but children were running all over the hotel and pool areas that I decided to move to the W! This experience would have been magical if it was an ADULTS ONLY hotel! We definitely wont be back, ewwww.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was an issue with the elevators. Theeebweee long lines because they’re were a couple that weren’t operable and those that were, were moving very slowly. I overheard some guests say it took them 7 minutes to get from the 16th floor to the lobby!

The pool area was great. The room view on the 3 rd floor was terrible. You saw the top of another lower building . They shouldn’t charge the same rate as other rooms. They should charge less for that room. The main casino area is huge. There was a convenience store right next to the elevators and a breakfast place and a bar. The other shops felt like they were half a mile away.

It was nearly impossible to find a human to help. Phone was broken in the room and needed help with things, hard to solve issues. Lovely room and clear room. Electronic check in was nice but it left a lot to be desired.

Giant, impersonal hotel. Upcharges for everything. Fridge is full of items to buy with no room to put your own things. Pool area was underwhelming: wave pool was far inferior to others visited; lazy river was so full of people that it was unpleasant; regular pools were fine but generic.

Check-in & Check-out were miserable. Long lines with 7 computer stations empty. KIOSK we’re a joke. Saw 5 other people besides me walk off disgusted. No one could direct me to my shuttle pickup location.
