Mandalay Bay

The check-in process was quick and our pristine room overlooking the strip was magnificent. It was quiet and serene looking out at the view. Orla was a fine dining establishment that served a delectable dinner. Highly recommended property.

I was charged twice for an optional cabana rental. I had to call three separate times after my stay a week later to rectify the issue. This was my first and will most certainly be my last time staying here. The hotel and staff are friendly and nice but hidden charges until I looked at my credit card statement is a breach of trust that can’t be fixed for my view of a property. I caution others that stay to request your folio and review it carefully.

Hot water was an issue in our room and the light in the bathroom burnt out. Maintenance was able to fix the light bulb issue but not the water problem. Everything else was nice

I upgraded my room to a room at the W and was disappointed that it wasn’t nicer, the furniture was old and worn out and there was dust on the shelves including in the bathroom. It looked the same as it did last time I stayed there 13 years ago, not worth the upgrade

Great place to spend a weekend

Nice rooms with WiFi and an amazing pool. Pool has a sandy beach right up to the wave pool. Don’t like beaches and sand, a regular pool and a lazy river are also available. Room also had a jacuzzi tub in a decent sized bathroom.
