Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in! We had a great view, and the room was well kept. The carpet needed to be vacuumed a little more thoroughly. The dining options in the hotel are EXPENSIVE, but that seems to be on par with the rest of Vegas. I loved that the entire resort was smoke free!

Room was not cleaned it seemed like it had not been in use for a while and there was a lot of dust everywhere and the sheets had a brown stain

Overall, I had a great stay at Park MGM — the rooms were clean, the location is perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. However, the front desk staff were surprisingly rude, which made check-in less pleasant. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and I’d definitely stay here again. Customer service just needs a little improvement.

Rooms were nice especially the shower. The non smoking property was a literal breath of fresh air compared to all of the other hotel properties. We will stay again.
