Staff was very courteous hotel smelled and looked clean . Room was also clean The only negative is that the Starbucks in the hotel closes early on certain days . We can’t make coffee or tea in the rooms. Either bring back the coffee machines in the rooms or supply another 24 hour alternative for coffee and tea drinkers.

Like everywhere else around this part of the strip the food and drink are expensive. The place is smoke-free which is really nice. The room was quiet and spacious. I got ignored at the bar, but that was the server's fault, not the hotel. Location was great. I would stay here again.

We received a message to check in online, after doing so, indicating we would be there by 3:00, we didn’t receive a mobile key. So, cut to 30 minutes later and waiting in line, we were checked in— by a friendly and efficient front desk team. One of the great parts of our stay. The hotel room was quite run down and dirty. Makeup smudges and weird splash stains on walls. Dirty areas in bathroom. The shower was difficult to turn on and creaky. The old brown carpet reminded me of a basement and the shelving under the tv was coming off the wall. The biggest issue was the incredible humidity and warmth in the room. Every time we returned it took a long time to cool it off and we never could eliminate the humidity and slight smell. Our clothing ended up with a tinge of moisture odor. The windows would be steamy and we would use a towel to wipe to see our somewhat strip view. Overall, the nonsmoking casino and Eataly were the draws. The older room and the lack of cleanliness confirmed that we won’t return. Since it was only a few nights, we grinned and beared it. The staff was nice and welcoming, the facility needs much updating.
