Although I paid my hotel fee for two nights, since I checked in one day late, they've canceled my booking and left me with out room. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Terrible customer service.

We stayed at the NoMad. AMAZING hotel. The front desk gave us complimentary room upgrade and the suite they put us in was absolutely stunning. Being able to walk down to Eataly without going outside was awesome, and we love the hello kitty cafe, puma, and adidas. All nearby. Staff is excellent in every single position. Everyone I interacted was super kind and professional. And it’s smoke free casino! Number 1 hotel in Vegas if not in the US!!!

My wife and I booked a King room and were given an Accessible King instead. These are older rooms and do not have the updated showers that the King rooms have. When we pointed this out to the staff, we were told there were no King rooms available and we reluctantly took a Two Queen room instead. The bed situation with the Queen was fine but still a significant downgrade and only a F&B credit was offered in exchange. Overall a pretty negative experience this time at Park MGM and we’ll probably look at other properties next time we travel to Vegas.

The staff was amazing. Our room was warm, so sleeping was not so comfortable. The vent in our bathroom was covered in dust and clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time.

We checked in as soon as possible, and we got a great room--a view to the Strip, and beyond to the airport and the mountains. There was a great window seat where both of us could sit and watch. The staff at check-in were friendly and professional. But be prepared to pay for everything. In the morning we had to go down to Starbucks for overpriced coffee, and usually there was a line. I have limited mobility, and it was frustrating to not have easy access to coffee. We had brunch at Primrose, which was tasty and surprisingly calm.
