The room was okay. The shower knob was loose so the water wouldn’t hold temperature. The stopper in the sink wouldn’t hold water. The staff were very helpful and attentive though.

I loved that this was a smoke free environment. Also very comfortable beds. TV needs to be updated to allow streaming. Also no fridge or microwave. I will definitely stay again but I'll be more prepared.

Room was clen in the main usage areas however was not cleaned for a long time in the corners and around the beds. rooms were more dated than I was expecting. temps were comfortable. Beds were good. restaurant selections were good. Access was nice.

Valet was awesome bell guy kind and helpful .Girl at check in was fast polite and efficient. The only thing that made me not give it a excellent rating was Hot water in shower took literally 15 mins to get warm water did not ever turn hot 😞

Staff was very courteous hotel smelled and looked clean . Room was also clean The only negative is that the Starbucks in the hotel closes early on certain days . We can’t make coffee or tea in the rooms. Either bring back the coffee machines in the rooms or supply another 24 hour alternative for coffee and tea drinkers.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Convenient location, but there can be heavy traffic on street to parking garage if there is an event at the T-Mobile arena or Dolby Live.
