Unfortunately I was not impressed with my stay at the Luxor, there was trash and cockroaches all around the exterior of the building. Cockroaches in the lobby and casino areas. Played the slots for 4 hours and not one waitress attended us for a drink. We checked in with the mgm app to have our key electronically but half of the elevators did not work with the mobile key. And to top it off homeless and drunk people constantly sleeping in the entrance.

The Luxor is in great need of repair and renovations. The carpets are old and stained. The inside of the very slow elevators was scratched torn and broken. The walls were full of cobwebs and dust.

It was 106F in Las Vegas and my AC didn’t work. Front desk insisted that maintenance check before changing rooms. Guess what? Maintenance showed up the next morning at 10AM just as I was leaving! Terrible customer service.

Somewhat disappointed this time. I had two connecting rooms. One had no soap or washcloths while the other was missing the do-not-disturbe sign. They had a rainfall shower head without a pressure reducer making it like a multiple nozzle pressure washer which was painful to be under.

I spent my weekend away from my husband
It was not what i ordered then when i called down stairs, they said prove it. I told them that when I extended my stay they then changed my contract.,to twi queen beds instead of a king and a suite of 540 ft. Instead of 420 ft. and two queen beds. I wanted to sleep with my husband but I couldn't because he is 6'4 and 250 and I am 5'7 and 190. So we had to sleep in separate beds on our weekend away.

I really enjoyed how quiet the rooms were and how accessible the strip was to walk and also the tram to go to Excalibur. I would for sure stay here again.
