The staff were amazing but the hotel was terrible leaking water from the roof called maintenance 2 days I had to follow up charges to have a fridge would not recommend at all.

My check-in experience was terrible. The room I paid a higher rate for was not available upon arrival. I was told there has been some “unforeseen renovations” in the Pyramid for about a month, yet this was never disclosed prior to my stay. The lack of transparency was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the staff across the hotel seemed constantly on edge, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. And to top it all off, the hotel shut off all water service for two of the four nights of my stay. This level of disruption is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging premium rates. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

The room was nice but has alot of problems. The air conditioner not properly working, a water leak on the wall outside of our room. Shower broke. Only thing the hotel answered to was air conditioner after calling several times and complaining. Seems like management doesn't care of the needs of customers.
