Luxor good for what needed can improve

Mobile check was possible even though i nooked on hotels.com.Using the mobile app witha guest to access doors and elevator was a pain and didnt work well. The app was not as usefull as advertised. Did not realize there was NO fridge. We needed cool storage for medication. since it was one night we used ice and the ice bucket.

some staff was nice I complained about my room being dirty everytime u call down the front desk will say okay but no one never shows up to fix nothing at all this was worst experience I ever had in Vegas should nobody ever stay at this dirty place an the tv did not work even after they change my room after coming down five times to complain an it still got worse

This was an aweful hotel. Totally run down, carpets rippled, wall paper torn, holes in the walls, handles missing on the dresser, tv had terrible picture/reception-on ALL channels, heater didn’t work, only blew cold air. This hotel need major renovations!! Will never stay there again.
