The suite was amazing, staff was great. Our pool was closed for construction and the smoking spots are not placed ideal for everyone complex but i understand the concept. All in all i will book again but ask for specific placement on the compound.

Asked for early check in @ 11. Finally got a room @ 6pm. The room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned. Trash everywhere, towels on the floor unmade beds. Literally the worst experience ever. Was not offered any kind of compensation from the front desk when we complained.

The property is very nice. Great location to the Sphere also to some of the big resorts like the Venetian. It was a little warm but they provided a fan. We aren’t used to the heat in Nevada so we were naturally a little over heated but beds were great water pressure was wonderful. They will try to get you to a sales meeting though. The restaurant has great food.

I’m upset that the smoke alarm went off 4 in the morning our first night. Then the second night someone. Called the from around 7am. The floors inside were dirty. We would take showers and then after walking around the bottoms of our feet were dirty.

We stayed for 4 nights/ 5 days during Memorial day weekend 2025 for my Hubby’s bday. Property kept well, pool area was nice( 2 were closed for renovation but 3 were open & didn’t affect us at all). Our 2 bedroom villa with patio was clean, beds were comfortable, & staff were very nice. Everything you needed was in the villa. We spent our time out except for sleeping and it was great coming back to our room with no worries. Our 6 yo daughter loved it as well. Very Close proximity to everything without all the noise.

Good location and Spacious Apartment

Spacious apartment, was a little dated but had everything we required. Great location just off strip but everything within walking distance to everything. Great views of sphere. Unfortunately 2 pools closed for full duration of stay. Didn't like the hard sell at check in trying to get us to attend presentation for timeshare. Then phone calls to room. Would stay again.
