Our stay was disappointing. The room was not adequate—it was quite small and cramped—and it was not very clean. The beds were made, but sloppily. We were provided only one hand towel and no bath towels, and despite there being three of us in the room, we were only given one additional towel when we asked because they said they didn’t have any more available. The bathroom had several issues: the light turned on and off randomly while we were in the bathroom, and the bathtub was in poor, unclean condition. We also had no soaps or basic tolietries Our air conditioning didn’t work at all, and there were very few outlets available for charging devices. The exterior of the motel looked run down as well. The only real advantage was that the stadium was about a 10-minute walk away. However, the walk did not always feel comfortable or safe due to the number of people congregating in the area at night. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Room was not ready at 230. Came back after 4 still not ready. Room stunk and made my throat sore after 15 minutes. Had to find another hotel. Property is full of beggars. Not worth cheaper price.

The only thing good about this property is the closeness to the Allegiant Stadium. It should have cost $20/night. It was dirty, the floors were not even glued down, bugs in the shower, not cleaned over night, barely any towels available. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrid is an understatement.

Staff was amazing. The conditions of my floor in 109 was in terrible condition and tripped me many times and cut my toe. The shower curtain rod was ready to fall off of the wall. The floor next to the walls had not been cleaned for a long time and bugs, not spiders were coming in through a corner in the bathroom. When the remodel is complete I hope this all changes. Staff was really kind, happy and very helpful.We got a good price so we did not make many waves. I would suggest microwaves and a coffee pot in the rooms.

We were first given a room with no a/c or heat. We notified them and were promptly moved to a room where the a/c and heater worked. But the toilet didnt. Once we notified them of this we were told they could not locate the plunger and couldnt do anything about it until maintence arrived the following day. The next day we were downgraded from a 2 bed to a single but at least everything worked. We were offered nothing for our trouble and charged full price for each day.
