Just a bed
If you need just a bed and a toilet for one overnight stay then this is just fine. The room it self was ok but the furniture smelled awful. The shower still had hair from a previous visitor, there was paint on the floor, part of the night stand was over the bed where you can easily hit your head, the room with a king size bed had so much furniture it was very crowded. The A/C was not working well and had to switch rooms. The location was so sketchy, i was scared to get ice. The front desk guy was very nice and very apologetic.

There were more than generous.. very understanding about my situation get me more than one option to make sure that I can get a room love the staff especially the manager and everyone at the front desk .everyone deserves a raise there

This accommodation is way below average. The initial room we were given smelt like cigarette smoke and the air conditioning wasn't working (and it was 110ºF outside!). The subsequent room also smelt and was very dirty (the floor had dirt and sticky stuff on it and we spotted more than 2 large cockroaches come out from under the bed) & the bathroon door was falling off it's hinges. Thankfully we had to be gone by 4am. Definitely don't recommend staying here!

Horrible experience Gave us our room key We get to the room key doesnt not open door. We go back and tell them the key is not working, so he resets it and we go back to open the door and there is a lady inside smoking away with about 10 small dogs on the bed. We go back to the front he says oh I wrote the wrong room number. We get another key go back and there is someone being carried out on a stretcher by paramedics, two doors down people are out on their chairs smoking away. The room inside was gross smelled like smoke and just over all dirty We went back immediately and requested a refund, which they gave us no problem in giving us a refund And spent the extra 150 for a nice room on freemont st

Run! No seriously, run.
Horrible - roaches, dirty, they treat you like you’re in prison bc you decided to book a room there. The air was BROKEN and over 90 degrees + at least in the room, for 2 days, and no refunds or support or anything were even discussed. I felt sick for another day after check out, bc we were so hot for so, so long. The management (lady, African American, very nice) is awesome but not there a lot. Literally and I mean this …Skip this place.

“I’ve never had a worse experience at Hotels.com., ever. The air conditioning unit is still broken, it was easily over 110 in our room and no one cared. He should have passed out on my face, once I was broken.” Needless to say, someone must hear when they get back. Ty-

Not returning
The entire room smelled like marijuana and there was no smoke detector. The toilet ran constantly, but was masked by the AC running constantly. The curtain was just a bit too short, so it was bright the room from the exterior lights. 2 bars of soap, but no shampoo. Definitely not worth the minimal savings to stay off strip. At least there was free parking and free coffee in the lovvy. The staff was friendly.
