The Staff were all so friendly & welcoming. The Concierge Staff were fantastic! Let Hotel staff know the phones in room were hard to figure out. Amenities, no coffee or blankets, pillows for sofa bed. I had to wait almost an hour for someone to bring some pillows/blankets and it was after midnight until someone came after I called twice. For a King suite I was disappointed and would not book there again. I also booked the Venetian specifically because it was connected to the sphere. I took a wrong turn when I got out of the sphere and passed the stairs that I was supposed to take that were connected to the Venetian when I came back the gates were closed and security would not let me go in to take the stairs to go into the hotel. I had to walk almost an a mile to get to the main entrance to the hotel. Gates should not close that early. It was very inconvenient to have to walk all the way around to get the main exit at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this historic, luxurious hotel. You can enjoy yourself just within the hotel itself, or you can walk outside and enjoy sightseeing. Unfortunately, due to the casino, you'll be bothered by the smell of tobacco and marijuana.
