If you’re staying at the Westgate I think you know what you want and what you’re in for. Room and casino were clean, but we stayed there for the metro access and cheaper rates. I’ll say that the staff were all friendly and did great jobs, my only true complaint is the typical way they try to “talk” to you to get you in for a time-share/vacation club pitch. Lie and say you’re under 26 or whatever the cutoff is.

The room was extremely small and sucked balls! There was no kitchen amenities, and I even put in the filter that I was looking for a hotel room with a kitchen. And this hotel apparently has rooms with a kitchen, and that’s what I thought I booked, turns out those are timeshare rooms!

Was charged $175 for a “non refundable pet deposit” for my chihuahua for one night. Then I look on the website and it says $150 deposit required. It is bad enough to gouge me for $150, why the extra $25 on top of it? Your policy is obviously set up to discourage pet owners from staying in your hotel. I will no longer stay in your hotel.
