Great place to stay. They have everything you need. A nice walk to the Convention Center. You can see the sphere from my room. A nice walk to the sphere. Love this hotel and all the shops and restaurants.

Room was large for the three of us. Ability to early check in luggage storage for free (although long lines for check in and luggage storage). Conveniently located near the festival grounds, but long walk to the strip. Taxis were very easy to obtain and ~$10-20 dollars each way to the strip.

I would never recommend anyone to stay here. We even tried to cancel right after we walked in the front doors, but did not want to pay the fees. It was smoky and outdated. There were limited bars and dining options. Our room’s A/C did not work, the tub did not drain, and it was outdated. The staff at front desk were rude and the timeshare staff were aggressive. You could not walk by an employee without them trying to drag you into their pitch. The people in the shops yelled at you to come in, try their creams, etc. I would suggest staying closer to the strip to avoid expensive Uber fees and an inconvenient location. It did have a monorail stop, so that was the only plus if you want to avoid the strip.

Room was good. Only complaint was being asked over and over to go to a presentation and being asked over and over to buy lotion or perfume stuff when we stepped off elevator. Don’t mind being asked once but that should be it.

It was a pretty basic set up. It was nice but nothing really stood out other than the convenience of everything in one place. I’m not sure if they have a insect problem but one crawled over my foot and I killed it. I would have hoped for some sort of apology or some compensation of some sort but it’s Vegas so you know it is what it is. I’d hope for more vegan friendly meals as well. Also I visited the ice machine quite a bit and it took 3 days for someone to remove a bag of trash left by a guest. Overall, I wasn’t that impressed but I did enjoy myself.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. The $ for meals was an added bonus. The biggest negative was the fact our room had NO seating except for the bed! When I inquired they just said they don’t have chairs/tables in the room. They didn’t specify as to what rooms might have them. I found it very odd since the room was very large even with a king bed there was plenty of room for at least a chair. Couldn’t bring food back unless you wanted to sit on the bed or on the floor. Would not stay again for that reason.

My dining credit wasnt applied toward my per night stay, staff had poor communication, parking fees were unclear signs listed only for event parking at $25. Room was not as pictured on hotels.com booking had to pay an extra 45 per night to have the same.
