I tried early check-in at 2pm. At that time they said they were cleaning my room and to check back between 3-3:30pm. Check-in is at 3pm… I came back at 3:30pm, and they said the room wasn’t ready still. Tired from driving, and lugging my stuff around, they found me a room after complaining that check-in was at 3pm, and it was nearly 4pm.

It's in a nice quiet location away from the Strip. My only dislike is the tub. I value hotels with good clean nice tubs. I could not enjoy this. There's rust all over the faucet in the tub. I will not feel safe soaking. You charge a lot in resort fees. Use that to fix the rooms n tubs please. There should be no rust or marks anywhere in tub or bathroom. Thanks

Was given a completely different room as to what was advertised and had to go get that sorted out. Food options were middling in quality with Benihana being an exception. Hotel had an overall old and dirty feel to it(random stains on the wall and furniture). Monorail nearby offers good transportation to other hot spots in the area. I would heavily recommend NOT staying here especially with reports of bed bugs online.

The first room we had smelled awful, but our view of the city was nice. We changed our room. The second room was much better with a city view and pool view. We ordered room service multiple times and the food was delicious and seasoned.

As someone who visits Las Vegas frequently, I have a few go-to hotels I usually stay at. This time, I chose Westgate because of its close proximity to the Convention Center. Unfortunately, the convenience of location didn’t make up for the disappointing experience. I arrived around 11:40 PM after a long drive, well past the standard check-in time of 4 PM. Despite the late hour, I had to stand in line for nearly 45 minutes just to check in. After finally receiving my room key, I headed to my floor only to be met with poor signage and confusing directions—I ended up wandering in circles trying to find my room. Once inside, I noticed dark spots on the bed sheets, which didn’t appear properly cleaned. At nearly 1 AM, I was too exhausted to complain and just needed to rest before my early event the next day. The next disappointment came when I returned at 5 PM after a full day out: the room hadn’t been cleaned, the towels hadn’t been replaced, and the bed remained untouched. Housekeeping had completely skipped my room. The bathroom didn’t help redeem the experience. The shower head was oddly low—at about nose height—forcing me to crouch to shower. The air vent in the bathroom was dirty, and I found remnants like old tags in the drawers that should have been cleaned out. Overall, the condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, and subpar service left me highly dissatisfied. While the location is great for Convention Center access, that’s about the only positive I can offer.

My only issue was with the bathroom, the bathtub had rust and the toilet sit had a yellow rim all around the seat.

room is dirty, hairs around the toilet and bathroom floors. the small couch is dirty, when we got in the room, the back rest pillow is on the floor. the tables and side tables are all dusty. the bedside phone is dusty and has hand marks.

Stayed here for a convention and everyone working at the hotel was friendly and nice. I loved the convenience of the coffee, food, and souvenir shops on the casino floor. The walk to the convention center was quick. My room was tidy and had a great view of the sphere. I felt safe as well. I'm gonna stay here again whenever I visit Vegas for a convention.
