Staff were very nice went out of their way to help, the Momorail was literally a minutes walk from the front door, the rooms were big and very spacious and the buffet was great, all in all had a great time

Alright but a costly distance to the strip

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights too long, It wasn’t a bad hotel but wasn’t the greatest. It’s not walking distance to the strip and you’ll have to take the Tram at $5 1way, $13 for 24hrs and so forth so get costly depending how long you’re there. The choose when they want to open room service and the telephone when calling won’t let you know if it’s open or not we where on hold for 20-30mins until we gave up and called front desk when someone was meant to call us back and tell us what was happening yet no one did. But when checking out heard multiple complaints from other guests about dirty rooms, disgusting pantie and clothing items left around the room, bathroom not cleaned ect. I personally wouldn’t stay here again nor will I mention this hotel to others definitely stay at caesars palace I made the mistake of not staying there again this trip.

Great bed!

Spacious room with a great bed and fabulous pillows. The shower over the bath was very hard to get in and out of. We are reasonably tall and struggled with this. I thought it was a bit dangerous. Our room looked out towards the strip which was great. The air con was very efficient and there was a refrigerator in the room. The room had potential to connect to two others. The noise from the other rooms was ridiculous, you could hear everything and I mean everything. Full conversations word for word. Not ideal when folks are returning home at 4am, which is pretty normal in Las Vegas. This was the worst part of the stay and made for many sleepless nights. The buffet restaurant was closed and this created issue as the place was extremely busy due to summer league basketball and the school holidays. The restaurant staff were mostly appalling and it became a chore to eat there using the meal credit that comes with your room. The food was of a good standard. Highlight of our stay in our non smoking room on the 27th floor was the constant aroma of cigarettes and marajuana that seemed to come from the hallway and adjoining rooms!
