One of the elevators didn’t work which made it take extremely long to go to the lobby or to the rooms. Also the pool was super small and they didn’t have many shade options.

I like the Westgate because it has all the elements of the very large casino hotels but is not spread out over such a large area. Also, I'm glad to see the lounge acts coming back.

We showed up for check in and were told that we didn’t have a room because there was flooding. That would have been nice to know BEFORE arriving. No one made any effort to contact us. Instead we were told to go to the stratosphere and they would refund any amount left over. We were told it was walking distance and had to demand a driver which had its own issues. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to have advanced notice, even if only an hour before check in. The entire trip was based around staying at the Westgate since it had always been a dream of mine to stay where Elvis had his residency. I was pretty distraught that the dream didn’t happen.

DONT STAY HERE! Ourcrooms ac sounded likeva jackhammer. Maintenance never showed up after telling us to wait in our room for them. 6 hours later nothing so i went to the frint desk and no rooms to switch us to.

It was damn near impossible to get checked in. Granted it was a busy weekend so I’ll give you the 40 minute wait. Bell hop bag check was extremely slow? The pool could be open a little later, I think 7 is early personally. But more than anything my room smellllleedddd like stanky. I should’ve said something about it but I didn’t want to screw up a whole room and then have someone either come clean it or have to switch rooms as I knew everyone was busy Staff made up for it though, give miss Dee a raise I love her!
