Everything was professional, accommodating, clean, friendly staff, Flexible & smooth communications. The room was adequate and had everything we needed++ more! My partner and I added an extra day & they worked with us enabling us to remain last minute in room for even more of discounted. Highly recommend excellent location steps to monorail , off super beaten pathways @ end of Strip made ideal for us! We truly needed a stay-away of Fantastic Levels and Acheived can’t wait to return.

While the staff was friendly, we feel misled about the cost and what was available for our stay. We called ahead to verify a few things & had full information been provided would not have selected this location. 1. We have an oversized vehicle and were told there was a fenced lot to accommodate it for the regular $10 rate. Upon arriving we were told the lot rate was $300 due to a convention and had to park in another area that felt less secure. 2. We verified that there are tennis courts for guest use. Today, in making reservation were told the courts are $20/ hour. This should have been mentioned on the phone. Additionally, on check in a $50 “resort fee” was added. I saw no mention of this online. With the pool closed for the season and tennis at an additional cost, I’m incredibly disappointed with an unexpected fee.

An aging property with no "Las Vegas Vibe". Primarily focused on timeshare sales. Boring handicap accessible room was terrible. Tub/Shower combo was dangerous for those with lower leg issues. Toilet broke twice. Way too soft "pillow" mattress with no box spring made very low to the ground made it difficult to get out of bed. TV remote malfunctioned. No coffee in room meant long lines to get $$ coffee in morning. Small unexceptional casino but first rate Sports Book.

Very out dated hotel, shower takes 15 minutes to get hot, sink water pressure is stronger than shower water, toilet kept clogging up, and ac was cold but kept shutting off and on every 15 minutes which made it uncomfortable when sleeping. Elevators take forever especially in the suite wing. Will not stay here again, not even for a discount.
