We were on our way to San Diego, passing through Las Vegas (Late.check-in, 6am check-out). This was a nice, clean and quiet hotel, compared to the myriads of huge, smoky & noisy casino hotels in town. I would definitely stay here again.

this hotel does not answer the phone. we tried cancelling our reservation through hotels.com and the hotel would not answer us or staff at hotels.com. but then hotels.come would not give us a refund either even though they could not communicate with the hotel. therefore we are bot recommending either.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel was modern and clean. The pool was open late and had a beautiful water feature and nice sitting area. The hotel was super quiet compared to the strip which we loved. The manager on duty was super friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation. We even got a welcome bag with candy and water. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Vegas again.

Safety Door lock was broken so we stacked suitcases against door to feel safe, no way to call down to front desk from room phone, and no continental breakfast-only high priced Starbucks cafe option. Rooms were spacious on 3rd floor and pool was better than most hotels. Courtyard area was nice. Front desk older lady for check in was being trained and didn't really welcome us, but woman who checked usvout was super friendly. Didn't catch names. Ice machine working on only the 1st floor. Clean lobby & quiet rooms for being in airport flight path!

Disappointed that the pool was nasty dirty. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in like forever. We checked in and went to our room to get ready to go swimming, only to find it in that condition. Sad that you spend all that money to stay there and go away disappointed..

Would give 0 stars if I could. There were roaches in our room and the staff was not surprised. We were denied a refund for our stay. Expedia, however did give me Expedia points. Would not ever stay here again or recommend to anyone!!

Hotel blames Hotels.com on misrepresenting rooms
My flight was late so I arrived at the hotel about midnight. I went to check in and towards the end of the process I attempted to confirm with the Front desk person that I did have a king bed and a balcony. She told me I definitely did not have a balcony. I showed her a screenshot of the page from Hotels.com where it clearly stated that outdoor space was a balcony. I also showed her photographs on the page that showed clearly that it was a balcony room. She told me that it made absolutely no difference what was on Hotels.com because you guys use false images representing all the rooms. She said the rooms that they give hotels.com or whatever is left over. I told her I didn’t care and that I wanted my room with the balcony because I smoke and I need to have that room. She said if I didn’t stop arguing with her she was gonna kick me out of the hotel and never be able to stay there again. So I ended up cursing her out and I left. Never stayed never even got a room key.
