We were placed in the Versailles Tower… or what I will call the overflow rooms. It’s far away from the casino floor and the restaurants. The elevator from that tower to the pool was broken. The room that we were assigned did not have a refrigerator and there was confetti type paper on the floor of the room when we arrived. The pool drinks were absolutely outrageous at $40 for a 24 ounce margarita. Don’t bother ordering the food by the pool because it is all premade sandwiches with soggy bread because they had been in the cooler too long. Very disappointing.

Best location for midrange hotel

Booked two rooms for a girls’ trip (7 of us). I was nervous about the customer service due to other reviews, but they made it all a breeze. This is an excellent choice of midrange hotel options - and the best way to go, center-strip.

At check in at 10 PM we were told our room wasn’t ready due to a housekeeping issue earlier in the day. They wanted to put us in a room and then move the next day. After my friend asked to speak to the manager a room magically opened up for us. The view was horrible — pretty sure I paid for better, but we took it and stayed. The hotel was full of very young adults, and it seemed like a frat party on the 7th floor. Our stay was fine, but it won’t be the hotel I choose for future visits to Las Vegas.

Check in was awful and confusing. Arrived at the hotel at 7:30pm after a 5 hour flight, and my room was NOT ready. What was more confusing was the mobile check in, which didn't work, so I had to stand in line again, and talk to an agent. Poor showing for this hotel.

Nice central location with many sites and places within close proximity. Negative would be the long corridors of travel to get from room to parking garage and front desk. Also, could hear neighbours fairly easily through the connecting door as there was obviously no insulation there. Could easily hear the conversations at about 8am.
