In a king room in the new Versailles tower, lovely, spacious room, spotlessly clean and the view over the strip and Bellagio fountains was incredible, extremely noisy at night though, especially over the weekend. Also a really long walk to the pool, there was a lift that should have taken you straight to the pool just down the hallway, but it wasn’t working which was disappointing. Overall though a really enjoyable stay in a perfect location on the strip, would stay again and hopefully the lift will be fixed!

Overall the hotel was acceptable but our room was dirty. Used q-tips on the floor. Blood stains on the bedsheets. Tub was not clean. Light fixture broken and hanging. Do yourself a favor and pay extra to stay across the street at the Bellagio. That place is in a different class.

This is a casino first, hotel second. Housekeeping happened 1 out of 3 days, not the daily housekeeping advertised. Had to beg for clean towels. Carpets dirty. No coffee or water in rooms. No staff on hand. Internet poor despite daily resort fee charged. Would not stay here again. Have stayed in better hostels.

The room service was horrible. Called 3 times for shampoo. Had to flag housekeeping on the floor. Answered the phone rudely. The front desk check in and out was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping doing the cleaning were very nice.

Lovely resort and casino!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, celebrating our 25 year anniversary. When we checked in, M.J. was the associate who assisted us. When she found out it was our 25 year anniversary, she arranged for an upgrade to a lovely suite. We can't thank her and Paris Resort for their kindness and recognition of our happy day. The room was spotless and had a mini fridge, coffee maker and lovely view of the Eiffel Tower and pool area. The casino was clean despite how busy and lively it was, and staff was very friendly and approachable with questions we had regarding some of the games they offered. There were plenty of restaurants and places to get good croissants and pastries, as well as cool boutiques and shopping options. We loved the pool area, though, in the afternoon if you're looking for shade, you might need to slather on extra sunscreen. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location can't be beat to check out the other casinos and hotels. Around the corner was a neat area where you could buy affordable food if you're on a budget (ramen, gyros, etc). There is also a CVS nearby to stock up on items that might be more expensive on the strip (water, food options, and adult beverages). We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, very very expensive, charge for everything. Wish the pool was a bit better, never had food the whole time we were here. Bought drinks in the hotel and we’re not allowed to bring them into the pool area
