Our stay at paris was great! Our room was clean. We were in a Versailles room so that's closer to the Horseshoe. We liked it because it was easier to get out to the strip, go to Ole Red. Plus, you get to gamble in both hotels and never leave the property. Plenty of choices for dining. Location was great!

Not gonna go back again. Unwelcome reception, We booked 3 nights here. We landed and went there at 1pm and would like to check in because we have show at Sphere at 2pm. I went to many hotel in Las Vegas checkin between 12-3pm but never got charged for early check in. Only she said is we have to pay $50 for early check in or go wait in line for the lacgage service. So we paid for it because we don’t want to be late for the Wizard of Oz. Another surprise she booked us the worst Eiffel view ever 15th floor the smell very bad and look like they never clean the wall. Especially in the bath room. The 1st room was filthy - wad of black hair in the ice bucket, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, no towels. They gave us a 2nd room which still wasn't clean. Carpet appeared it hadn't been vacuumed, the housekeeper told us it had been vacuumed - just not good vacuums, sheets had blood on them and obviously been slept in. Bathroom countertop had something stuck on it and no towels. The housekeeper did change our beds, gave us towels and cleaned the countertop in bethroom. We had to go down to desk to change, they would not come up to accommodate. The 2nd day we had no towels again - had to wait for them 45 minutes.
