Enjoyed the retro vibes of the Pavillion rooms (above parking garage). So convenient to open door and be outside! And only feet from the elevator and action. Easy parking and free. Love having a coffee maker and fridge. Room was clean too.

Checked in. Pavilion tower. Non smoking room. Walked in and it smelled like Cheech & Chong stayed there the night before. Staff immediately moved us but disappointed in the obvious oversight by housekeeping.

The heat didn’t work in my room, so a chilly nights sleep and morning. I didn’t call the desk because I was on a tight schedule and was already unpacked and didn’t have the time to move rooms.

The room seemed pretty clean. TV has about 30 channels and you have to watch a short promo video about the hotel over and over again while you pick a channel to watch. It got very annoying after awhile.

Hotel was booked based on location and pricing. Little did we know we were going to have amazing interaction with staff. Shout out to George at the front desk, he was very kind and helpful with our check in. It was nice to see the general manager, Adam, interacting with the guests and Don who helped with our transportation to the airport was a wealth of knowledge.
