The receptionist, Gabriella, appeared unfamiliar with the property layout and directed us to the wrong elevators on the opposite side of the casino, when the correct elevators were actually right in front of the front desk. It was frustrating to receive such inaccurate guidance, though thankfully a kind older maintenance staff member took the time to help us find our way.

Nothing was unique. It is super close to the dwntn strip minute walk that’s a plus. The newly renovated cabanas are small to say the least. There were too many cockroaches outside running around by the newly renovated cabanas. I tried to sit on the bench outside for a smoke wrong move.

I enjoyed the casino floor and the free parking. I did not enjoy the thumping music from the outdoor club across the street until 2:45am. I asked to be moved to a different room but was told that there was only one other room available and it wouldn't be any quieter. Also, wifi and tv were hit and miss. Sometimes you had it, and sometimes you didn't. In addition, this property is smack dab in the middle of multiple homeless encampments. People screaming at the top of their lungs, and transients in the casino. It's a sad situation, and it brings a sense of being unsafe.

This is a cute retro hotel/casino and very reasonable priced. The staff are nice and accommodated me no problem when I asked to move. I understand that locals like the casino.
