Rooms were in the Pavilion which were run down. Old system for air conditioning and room was hot. The toilet was not in working condition and after two attempts to get it fixed, I was finally moved to a different room.

It was excellent. My only complaint is the cleaning pen came at 8 am in a Saturday morning. Ugh and they threw our shoes away that were in a Target Bag that was set on the floor. Bell Hop and check in staff was amazing. I would definitely stay again

Attention to detail in cleaning the room could be greatly improved especially for a premium room. Also the beds are very uncomfortable. Toilet was creaky and loose. The size of the room, shower and decor were nice.
