We arrived to check in around 3:30. Although check in time is 3:00 pm there was only one person working the desk. There was a long line and it took us 45 minutes to get checked in. Our room was not the cleanest. The underside of the toilet seat had splatters of #1 and #2 on it, the carpets were linty, and it just didn't feel super clean. An upgrade is needed as the charging port on the alarm is for a very old device and there is no outlet on that side to plug in your phone. The lighting is very poor. Even with all of the lights on in the room, it was still pretty dark. If you are looking for a quiet room - this is it. Once the balcony door and curtains were shut outside noise was minimal. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. We have stayed at this property twice. The first time was ten years ago. We found it very satisfactory at that time. With an upgrade the room will be much more appealing.
