Good and spacious rooms and great location!

We love the staff! The room is showing some wear (sconces not properly attached to wall, makeup mirror not attached to wall properly and when light switch is used it overheats! Woodwork can use some attention with touch up stains! The mattress had a definite hump in the center! We will return but, lower pricing makes sense!

This place is valet only so it’s not ideal when you have to wait in line to get your car. The doors, walls, floors and curtains were a bit dirty. One of the outlets didn’t work in the bathroom and there’s no fan in the bathroom which was awful. The doors to enter each unit slam shut so I was woken up multiple times from slamming doors. The location is amazing! It’s right off the strip. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The pool hours were weird so they’d be open later one day then closed the next.

Safe was locked on arrival, had to wait for security to unlock. No sink plug - suggest getting a basin. Called Maid for T Paper and more coffee - no show - bought coffee and Regular Cleaning lady for other part gave us T Paper. TV didn't work properly, couldn't tell what channel you were on and little white boxes when you switched channel - no guide. Lived with it. Friday and Saturday and then called Sunday. Guy came and had to climb on counter to fish TV box from above cupboards. He got it working fine for the rest of the day, excellent guide and channel and the next day - back to the same. The fridge froze our water bottles, no adjustment. Left bathroom tap leaks. Unrelated to the room, we had to leave at 2:30 to 3:00 a.m. to go to the car rental return & airport. Checked the day before to make sure someone was there to get our car from valet in middle of the night - Yes we are here 24/7. Tower 1. Came down at 2:45 and no one to be seen. The scan box was locked up. Panic - so wife stayed there with scan card just in case someone showed up - Husband ran to Tower 2 and they were short handed but 2 guys were there. They said if we had the card he could bring it there - wife was at Tower 1 with the card and suitcases. Finally after the valet running around we got on the road about 3 a.m. Not stressful at all - had we known to go to Tower 2 we would of went there right away. The bed was good - good water pressure - furnishings dated but fine.

Quite good overall, with some small issues

Rooms are in great condition, large and clean. I liked the balconies and the blackout shades. The bad is the long walk to get anywhere... From tower 3, it's 10 min to the MGM casino, same to get to The Strip on Harmon Ave. The MGM pool is awesome. There's one in tower 2, but I didn't try it, it's on the north side of the building, so it's shaded for most of the day, which would be nice on hot days. There are two small fitness rooms, in towers 1 and 3. Unfortunately using the larger gym in MGM is not an option. The fitness room in tower 3 was a little odd. It was blasting a certain heavily opinionated political channel, without a remote control that I could see, and without any attendant to help me change the channel, so I was literally forced to listen to that political commentary or leave. The professional thing to do, IMO, is to show sports, entertainment, or the local news channel (and possibly mute the TV, add closed captions, and play music) -- that's what I see in most gyms, it's the least polarizing and most inclusive. It was the same channel and the same absence of attendant on the two separate days that I went, so I doubt it's a coincidence. I used the fitness room in tower 1, but this attitude is unprofessional to me.

I will be back to The Signature.

I have stayed @ Signature twice now. I really enjoy it. So nice to have almost everything a hotel provides with a much better room and a lot more space. Great location. Comfortable beds, very clean. Great service too. I recommend it. I travel to Vegas often. I will be back.

We have stayed at this property in the past and we’re fully pleased then so we thought we would return. This time was a different experience. The condo next to us was inhabited by what I could only describe as a hoarder their balcony had trash and rubble on it, and you could see in their screen door that the inside was the same. When we brought this to the property Managers attention, they said yes that’s probably an owner and nothing else was set or done. There were things in our suite that needed some attention as well as as far as maintenance. We chose this site because it doesn’t have a casino in the building yet it is easily accessible to the MGM.

When we first arrived at the room, the door was wide open and unlocked, which made the environment feel very unsafe and triggered my anxiety about it remaining that way. This led me to ask whether the lock was functioning properly

Recently stayed here from April 6-9, 2025 and I will say that my stay was a 10/10! Had no problems when getting in and no problems during my stay. Check out was quick and easy. Hot tub was a huge plus because with walking around all day and night it was nice going back to our room and soaking in the hot tub for some comfort and relaxation! Weather was perfect at this time of year and wasn’t super crowded on the strip!
