The beds were definitely too hard and uncomfortable. We had a golf group of about 60 players and most of us stayed at the Suncoast for five nights and I heard numerous complaints about their beds being very uncomfortable. I ended up ordering a 4" gel memory foam topper from Amazon and had it delivered to the hotel because there was no way I was going to get any sleep without it. Definitely something they need to consider changing. It's to the point where a bunch of us vowed to stay elsewhere next time if they don't address it.

Would have rated excellent but for the leaf blowers at the pool at 6:15am on Sunday morning that lasted for 45 minutes. We were on 7 th floor and it woke us and kept us awake. Should not do this so early!!!

Rarely do I rate a property under 3 stars but this is a 2-3 star place, especially for what you pay to stay here including a “resort” fee. The beds are uncomfortable but maybe we just got bad ones. The room was not as clean as it should be. The smoke from the casino, with no way to avoid it to get to your room, was bad especially if you have asthma or other health problems. I appreciated the fitness room and pool, plus the convenient location.

The Suncoast was very clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. I really enjoyed the variety of dining options available on-site. The check-in process was seamless, and checkout was just as smooth.
