Not "spotless". #1274 several hairs in tub, no shower gel, no vanity stool. #1273 very rusty tub. Toilets sure need to be changed out! Way to short to ground esp for older people. Not sure how some of the heavier people can even get up.

YOU NEED TO PUT COFFEE POTS IN THE ROOMS! NO FRIDGE? COME ON.. DO BETTER.. WAITED AN 1/2 HOUR JUST TO GET OUR DRINKS FOR BREAKFAST BY AN RUDE OLDER WAITRESS AND 1 1/2 FOR FOOD. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO VEGAS. OTHERWISE THE ROOM WAS GREAT, BEDS SUPER COMFORTABLE. AS I'LL SAY AGAIN, PUT COFFEE IN THE ROOMS! The breakfast in hotel was not worth the money. People around outside are questionable. Large wallpaper patch hanging off the wall in our room and no window do to being black out because of a wall. So the room felt like you were in the basement. Also the ones that cleaned to room left old coffee cup in the coffee machine. Probably our last time staying there.

The room had peeling wall paper and broken tile in the bathroom. The wait staff in the restaurants and bars were great. The box office staff not so much, they were never there most of the time and no signs as to say their hours and when they would return. Maybe it was because of the holidays, but not fair to the guests

Staff couldn’t be bothered. Elevators out to our room, delaying getting to our room by 45 minutes. No one came for alarm. I called, went 10 min back to check in, was told elevators were fixed. Went back, they were NOT. Room addignef throygh Expedia had ONE DOUBLE bed. Had to pay $35 a day to get sleeping space for us. Git TWO QUEEN beds. Woukd have been happt with TWO fouble beds, but not one. Is that even a thing??? Really upset by that! Pool closed for the season the 1st day we were there. This was part of the amenities we EXPECTED! Overall a less than stellar stay
