The check in process is awful. First you have to drag your luggage through the casino to find the check-in area. It is self check-in, but since the process is not clear and there are no real instructions, they have to have a real person help everyone with check-in. Through this process I was told that my parking waa validated, just to find out that nothing had been done with parking. They also have a text option for questions which was more helpful. Either perfect check-in or have people their to check in guests. I am tech savvy and it was not easy.

Very dated hotel , I felt harassed every time I went to n from room with people selling me time shares or what ever it was they were selling ! I paid upgrade to king suite thinking will be more quit but you can hear the music from Fremont ! I’m not young so don’t party all night n wanted some quit when I went to bed ! Will Never stay there ever again

Room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Check in at self-serve kiosks was complicated, and there was only one staff person for eight kiosks. The hallway in the Carson Tower had a faint odor of wet dog, with lots of spots and stains. The window was dirty so at night we couldn't really see out with the reflection of the light on the glass.

There are 3 towers. You will automatically get the gold tower which is old and doesn’t have a desk and other amenities. I was charged 350 in resort fees that wasn’t annotated in my Expedia bill. I opted for room cleaning daily when asked at check in and never got that service. The check in was a kiosk and I was never able to talk to a real person. Pay the extra money for Circa or the D and reserve via the hotel. Do not book through a 3d party.

The employees don’t care for the guest except the nice people that work at the valet area. On our first day We called for service when we left the room (before noon)we came back after the whole day being out,coming back to our room that wasn’t cleaned at all. Our first day the shower was so clogged. I mean it was fixed yes but the people in the housekeeping or front office who answers the phone are just the unfriendly and bad costumer service. When we called to report that no one came to clean our room and I called the lady didn’t even apologize and just said ok I’ll report it to the shift manager . Ok then they send someone who come and clean the room when we’re already to rest and our baby is sleeping already. Among all the hotel we stayed at I. Vegas were not coming back to this Hotel. My expectations was so high for this hotel but yet the hotel was a disappointment.

Hallway carpet is full of stains. We stayed 4 nights & asked for daily room service but cleaning crew only cleaned 1 time.
