Overall, everything was good with people the service we did have complications when he first got there we have to switch rooms. They upgraded us the first room look like the shower wasn’t cleaned. It was gross but other than that we got upgraded and everything else was fine.

Lots of hair in shower. Shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty. Remote had no batteries. Was told by a human to go to check in at kiosk, only for it to Throw and error and tell me to go back to the human. Said human messed with her tablet and then sent me back to the kiosk. Finally took my information, only to tell me I could upgrade my room for 22.89 to avoid the $25 early check in. Selected it, then it wouldn’t print keys. Back to the human, who sent me to another human, who told me I had to spend another $30 for another upgrade to avoid early check in fees. Ridiculous.

First of all I absolutely hate staying here because of the luxury fee, which I feel is a huge rip off, I feel like they're stealing from their customers, slot machines tend to be ice cold , otherwise it's very convenient and usually the rooms are usually very good, my room was missing an alarm clock and had the security latch was busted off, I reported it the first day and nobody ever showed up to bring me an alarm clock or fix the security ass the shower door seal was ripped off. He wants you to pay a luxury fee, which was almost as much as the room itself! I have been staying there for over 25 years and I feel like my stay there is coming to an end I'm going to have to find another place that wants customers! The reservation desk never answers their phone, they send me an email for a special rate and no luxury fee but no rooms ever seem to be available on their calendar,
