The room was outdated, and dirty looking. The room needed attetion and when brought up to management, things like burned out light blubs and busted dresser drawers they were not addressed during our stay. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Bathtub was very offset and slippery. Would not stay there again. Casino and resturants were good, staff in those areas helpful.

We had 3 groups staying at the Golden Nugget. The line for check-in took an hour to get through, then it's not even a person, but a kiosk you check in at, mobile check in was not an option. One groups room wasn't ready (2 hours after check-in), and another groups reservation couldn't be found and took an hour to get resolved. The rooms are your basic Vegas Casio room, nothing special. But the plumbing was terrible. The pipes made loud noise all night and the sinks gargled anytime anyone above your room used the water or flushed a toilet. Anyone can park in guest parking for a fee, so it fills up quickly, and then guests have to pay to park somewhere else when free guest parking is supose to be included. Poor Check-in, issues, noisy, basic. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Run of the house room was not great. Wanted a King and got 2 doubles. The tub had rust. Overall I love this hotel, but the cheaper room is not great.

Our stay was perfect, room and facility we're very clean and safe. All bars and restaurants with in the resort were excellent. My only complaints were the trash on grounds...and the noise from freemont. Keep in mind we stayed in rush tower facing freemont. Im sure other locations at the nugget were little less. I wiuld definitely stay here again.
