Stole money and denied me a stay, told me it was one price walked a mile to get money on my card when returned jacked the price up wouldn’t allow me to check in and kept the money I paid for booking with them ridiculous. This was supposed to be my first stay at this casino and now I will never ever recommend this casino not even to gamble how unprofessional and rude the girl with the long black hair at vip bell desk was, smh

Hidden resort fees. I thought this was outlawed. Extra few hundred on top of a prepaid trip. Also another surprise fee for early check -in. Resort is cozy and also home base for the group for festivals. Rooms in gold tower, old and dated. Wall paper peeling, and the bathroom need a good cleaning. The pool and location are the strengths while staying here. All stay was very friendly and helpful
