My daughter and I had a great time here. We felt safe, which was very important to us. Friendly staff, excellent dining experience at Cj’s, and we LOVED having a Chick-fil-A in our hotel. Pool is nice, but was very crowded at times. Our room was spacious, but the beds were kind of uncomfortable. We didn’t hear any outside noise in our room, which was great. The bathroom needs updated a bit, and the tub was cracked in a few places. We’d definitely stay again!

Really enjoy staying here but beleive it’s time for some upgrades and open up the gaming floor as seems crowded quickly. That said is still a classic tasteful place to stay.

I used Hotel.com for Fri to Sun but then added Thur, I asked 3 times when checking in if I needed to check in again on Friday since I added the extra night and was told no that I was good to go. house keeping showed up to kick us out of our room. I called front desk and was told I needed to check in again. I asked if I had to wait in line was told no but when I went down I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get it worked out. no one seemed to care about the confusion

This hotel is in the prime location of the Fremont experience, literally walk through hotel/casino step on Fremont or walk around 4mins. The pool area can become quite crowded it not really a relaxing spot, unless you’re on a higher level. Pool quite small as well.

Stayed at the Golden Nugget to stay downtown. Liked staying there in the middle of the downtown experience. If you plan on going up to the strip a lot this is not the area to stay in. My one complaint regarding my stay was the lack of hospitality. We had a late flight and asked to use the pool prior to our flight and were told we would only be able to use it until 11am and then our keys would be deactivated and we would have to pay to use the pool.
