This is my last time staying at Harrah's. Room had a terrible chemical odor to it. Told I would be called when a room was available to switch to and then was never called by the front desk. All this while being charged a ridiculous resort fee.

We love Harrahs and have stayed a few times. The rooms look great now renovated. Location is perfectly situated center strip and done have to go far to find plenty of food and entertainment. Rating would be higher if room had a mini fridge and free coffee and water to go with the keurig. We could never take leftovers because of no fridge.

Room was decent after I got moved into the final one. Checkin was a mess as you didnt have a king bed available till the next day even though thats what I booked weeks ago. Was not the staffs fault though. They were nice.

Check in staff was friendly. Room was clean, however tv didn’t work. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower has 1/2 door setup causing floor to get wet easily. Snacks and drinks they leave in room to sell take up too much space. Construction off strip caused an early wake up calll each day.

The room was really lacking! It is definitely just a basic room! No extras whatsoever, and for the price you would expect a few little perks. Kleenex were literally laying on the dresser with no box. The tissues were rectangular the box that was in the room was one of the square ones. No lotion, no soap dish, just soap laying on the bathroom counter. Coffee maker but you had to purchase the coffee pods. Cheaper to go downstairs and let someone else make your coffee. Definitely not one of the best places I have stayed, more like a very cheap motel…
