This was our first time to Vegas. I looked through various properties and some others were ruled out because of availability. Harrah’s had a prime location to all the events that we had booked at various casinos, so it was in a convenient location. I was quoted a price for the room and then there was a resort fee to use the pool and workout room which we didn’t even go to and then there was a parking fee, so I may as well had paid for the higher end hotel. The room I requested was a view of the strip but it was actually a view of a/c units on the top of nearby building. The A/C sucked and even though it was working, it never reached a cool enough temperature to comfortably sleep. I wish the rooms had a refrigerator and microwave for left over food from our days. I would not choose to stay here again. It wasn’t bad, and I am a firm believer in not choosing a luxurious room because I don’t plan on spending my vacation time in the room, but I would have liked more from the entire experience. Cool air in the room is a must!!

it was not a fun experience. outside sink was clogged up and bathroom sink was not working at all. we called front desk and they send different people but they can not able to fix the problem. we never experience this horrible. we need a refund . i can send you pictures if you need a proof.

Hate tobacco smoking! But that's the same at all casino's (except MGM Grand I read.) otherwise, this was a great place to stay! I loved being so near shopping at Linq Promenade and Caesar Shops.
