Everything about our stay was good but the staff! Stayed in a suite and you would think for the price you pay you would get better service. Nope! I called for extra towels and pillows and it took 8 hours and 5 calls to bring it up. Even after they promised to rushed it was not rushed! If you plan to spend extra on a suite. Go somewhere else. If you don’t care for house keeping stay here.

The resort fees aren't included in the checkout so anticipate a $50/night fee. Even though people are at the front desk, they expect you to use kiosks. They're unhelpful for issues with kiosks unless you wait a really long time. While I requested 2 queen beds, they gave me a king unless I "upgraded" to 2 queen. The elevators were so slow so often waiting a bit for those to come
