We stayed in the valley towers and it the best way for me to say this was it very old and disappointing room. Super outdated and dusty. I wish I had taken pictures. The phone in the room was missing buttons and labels so you don’t know who to dial out to. There was also no instructions on how to contact room service and housekeeping. Then there were stains on the curtains and headboard of both beds. The mirror in the bathroom has cracks. And the worst part was that the AC wouldn’t go lower than 65 degrees so the room was go really hot and a foul order would come out. We also didn’t get housekeeping for the 3 night we were there so that was beyond frustrating (requested it during check in). I asked for a complimentary upgrade and was told no. There was a fee that had pay in order to get an upgraded room. This was definitely a first and last for me staying at the Harrahs.
