The room isn’t what I wanted and the room smelled like sewer. The line way super long to get new room so I cleaned it and it worked for a bit

No mini fridge and bathroom had hair from previous occupants. Room is dated and it was very confusing figuring out where to park for check in. We finally figured out that we needed to go in self park but were worried we were going to have to pay the daily fee since we didn’t have our room key yet. No staff available the whole time without waiting in lines. No one to help with information or questions.

The pillows were horrible… There were feathers everywhere… All in my clothes and hair.. my room was dirty. There are roaches everywhere… They were in the casino on the floor dead and all outside the perimeter in the portioned off mulch areas

Initially received room 5021 in Valley tower. There were two people at concierge checking people in. Wait time was about 30min with 3 parties in front of me. No explanation on wifi or amenities, etc. Went to our room and smelled sewage right away from the bathroom. Sucked it up the first night, left early next morning and when we came back at night, the sewage smell multiplied throughout the entire room and was so terrible we had to go downstairs to see if we can change rooms. When we went back upstairs, a maintenence guy came up and poured some liquid down the sink and shower as a fix. Our new room, same tower 15038, much better. Sewage smell as of Aug 9, 2025. Yikes.

Room Service

Harrah’s has always been a great experience when we have spent time there. Our only issue this time was room service. We had requested daily room service and that towels be replaced. That did not happen for our stay even calling down and requesting service be provided. Our room was never serviced as requested. This was our only complaint. Room and view was excellent, otherwise.
