There’s no door on the shower which was a huge NO for me. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful, but the room itself was the issue. It was in a very good location though.

The room was clean, but we were surprised to not have a micro-frig and a full length bathroom counter. The hotel offered to supply a micro-frig for a fee, but we said not thanks. The price shock in Harrah's convenience stores is real, but a hint is go to CVS or use the vending machines on each floor. The staff is great, anytime we need a pillow, or help with taxi or directions, they were able to help. We even had a morning without hot water, but they were quick to address it and we had water when we returned to the hotel later that afternoon.

Bare bones room, no fridge, pay for parking, the view was of the back of the hotel and the one next to it, so nothing. Had a coffee maker but you had to buy the coffee for $10. Plus a $20. Restocking fee from the in room convenience bar. The room itself was ok just no frills.

Stayed here while in town for Vegas F1 race. Requested early check-in which could not be accommodated without paying a fee. Internet didn't work without having to call tech support to get my specific devices cleared for access. Everything else about the room and stay was comfortable.
