My A/c didn’t work properly and the bathroom shower got water all over the bathroom floor. Not sure what they were thinking with the design. Rooms are outdated by about 30 year.

The rooms will all be updated soon, so that part will be better. Only two very flat pillows for the king size bed. That was a little weird. The casino and the hotel is a bit aged, but it's not bad.

The staff seemed bugged to be talked to. Tried 9 floors of vending machines before finding one that worked on the 10th. Asked for towels and sheets to be replaced while we were out and they said they would, but we came back to no towels and sheets folded on our bed for us to make up.
