We recently stayed at Tuscany hotel and chose it based on the advertised availability of a heated pool. Only after arriving at the pool entrance did we learn that during the winter season: children under 16 are not permitted, and the pool is not heated. This information was not disclosed at the time of booking. Had it been, we would have made a different accommodation choice.

This resort was very clean, well appointed and the staff was very friendly. It is just the right size too. No walking through miles of real estate to get to your room, but you do have a little hire to the strip.

Dude at the front desk was a real A-hole (long-ish semi- perm wavy hair), why? No idea. But $7 burger and fries were good… room was big and clean. Overall good experience, I’ve stayed here many times.

Was given wrong info . Need a credit card . Got rejected and it was my birthday staff felt bad we could not get any other room . They override it and let me use my debit card for my deposit! Amazing staff!
