This hotel was in a good location, walking distance to the strip and the sphere. I thought it had beautiful grounds and I really appreciated the ease of parking and getting in and out. Our room was spacious and I LOVED that they had coffee in the room! None of the big Las Vegas Hotels has coffee in the room. This hotel was a lot less chaotic than the big hotels out on the strip and they have everything you need, good restaurant options, a casino, pool. I think it might be my “go to” hotel in Vegas from now on.

I loved all aspects of my stay. I would have liked to know that they got rid of the craps table. Wednesday night and supposed to start at ten, and the host said he doesn't show up till ten thirty. Ended up not starting until. 12.. I would suggest changing start time on advertisements. karaoke night and sup

The hotel and property are very nice but security is not great. My phone was stolen while sitting at the patio area with the fire pits. Security was not helpful in this manner. Don’t put anything down or take your eyes of off your things.

The property was beautiful. Was disappointed in the check in process was terrible. Normal hotels check in is at 3:00pm your room may not be ready until 5pm. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and had to wait all that time. I was mislead by an employee who said my room would be ready to at 3 to come at 2:45 and they said I may have to possibly wait until 5. Staff told us they would tell us when our room was ready and they never called and told us my husband had to get back to the desk. 3 rooms were booked as I was getting married they tried to put us all in different buildings what was frustrating. They worked it out and we had them together. Just wished it was a smoother process and that people shouldn’t have to wait several hours get their rooms.

the shower in our room was absolutely appalling. The water trickled out of the shower head. We had to get out of shower and continue rinsing our head in the bathtub because after 20 minutes there was still soap on our heads and body as there was absolutely no water pressure in our room. We asked for a bigger trash bag as the two trashcans in our room did not hold enough trash and they never brought them. House cleaning took two of our pillows after the first night. Not sure if there was a shortage of pillows but we started with 4 on each bed and when we came back from our day housekeeping had cleaned and made beds and we had only 3 pillows.

Older hotel but very well kept. Great water pressure, and plenty of HOT water. Nice pool and big hot tub. Great restaurants. Not too far of a walk to the strip, only about 10 minutes. Great view of the sphere at night too.

Everything was clean and fresh; the decor appeared either well maintained or recently updated. The room was nice, but I was surprised that there were two full beds instead of two queen beds. Other than that, I had no issues.
