Repeated entries by staff after 3 a.m.: Hotel maintenance entered our occupied room regarding a leak. Hotel security later called to confirm it had been checked, which we confirmed, yet security staff still entered the room after their call (additional entry). Our children were asleep at the time. Staff were polite, but poor coordination led to an unnecessary late-night disturbance and loss of privacy.

So terrible. They forced us to use smoking room even though we booked non smoking room because we have kids. The lady at the front desk condescendingly said she can cancel our booking and give us a refund (suggesting they are happy to give us a refund if we didn't take the room) so we can find another hotel. It was already past 9pm and we were very tired, so we took the smoking room. Obviously, we had to open the windows all night to vent the room with kids. It was like camping.

I saw a TikTok video recommending this place. My husband and I were looking for a long weekend getaway and decided to try it. We read reviews and everyone gave it 100%. Honestly, the place is excellent for the price—clean, nice, and modern. It has restaurants, pubs, a casino, a coffee shop, and the rooms are small mini-suites. It's three blocks from the Strip; if you walk, you'll get straight to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. We recommend it 100%.

I’m here for a convention and expected a more comfortable stay, but the room was very old and poorly maintained. The carpet feels dirty and looks worn, and the toilet doesn’t flush properly. This made the stay uncomfortable and definitely below expectations. The hotel needs serious renovation and better upkeep.

The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. The only thing I thought was below par was the drapery in the room. It wasn't light blocking, and some gaps caused parts of the windows to be uncovered.

My work brings me to Vegas once or twice a year. Staying at the Tuscany is convenient and it’s better than the majority of the strip location hotels. It’s also a much easier commute to the convention centre and mins from the strip. Restaurant options close by are some of the best in Vegas. I’ll be back
