Staff was courteous. But the room condition was not good. The shower drain was clogged. Had to ask for toilet paper as only ONE roll was provided.

After a challenge getting our room, guest service supervisor reached out and discussed the issues, and offered some compensation. There was no hot water in shower or sink for the duration of our stay ( 4 nights). We had a separate tub which for some reason did Brought it up a couple of times with front desk staff 3 out of 6 elevators were operational for our floors, long waits sometimes. Really enjoyed the location, staff were good too. Will consider staying again on our next trip but Lots of choices

There was pubic hairs in the bath tub. I woke up with a few bug bites on my body that weren’t there the night prior. There was a red streak across the bed. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush properly - consistently. The faucet for the left side of the sink was also broken and was leaking a lot.

If there is microwave in room or somewhere on the same floor would be great. Guest should get a digital parking pass on the day of stay or a notice there is parking pass at registration desk because I arrived early but was not aware I can get parking pass and paid twice for entering and exit before I checked in.

We arrived during F1 event. The whole downtown was a total collapse. I spent over 3h to get to the hotel parking because strip was closed. I was misguided by metro staff so I had to re-enter strip again. And nobody knew where to go, which roads to take. As a non-local I had issues navigating around the city. Hotel itself has no basic amenities and all cafes nearby are expensive as hell. Starbucks charges over $10 for a medium size refresher. Also, slot machines everywhere, smoke/marijuana smells in the no-smoking room.

Lines to check in were always insanely long. Of course their express check in wasn’t working for basically anyone. Our room was ok at best. Our sink Nob was broken and our shower leaked. The bed was uncomfortable
