Room was extremely loud due to facing Fremont until 3am and started up again at 8/9am. Staff was rude and treated me like I was going to destroy the room. Literally told me that guests have not been behaving themselves and warned me "don't wreck the room." They never acted like they were happy to have guests coming to the hotel.

I loved this Hotel. The Staff was great!! My only complaint, the carpet in the Royal Room was horrible!! It was very dirty. If they would change the carpet for wood flooring, this will be a 5 Star Hotel.

I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms! It was clean,new and nice. I would recommend. Front staff was very helpful. I did two diff bookings because i added days snd they were able to hace mecstay in the same room. This was well worth the stay and the money.
