the room had trash in the trash can but most importantly it has poo stuck on the side of the toilet. We asked to have the room attended to during our stay. Never did housekeeping come in, to make the bed or provide more coffee and coffee cups.

This was our (group of 4) first time staying at the Four Queens remodeled North Tower. Kyle was great checking us in. His energy and attentiveness was a great welcome to Vegas. The beds were comfortable, the shower was AMAZING & the daily cleaning service was a plus. The casino floor exited directly onto Freemont Street. It was something i did not expect and loved having that option. The casino itself was well kept and clean. The hotel also has several food options. The con, which was not an issue for me, was the noise from the street can be heard in the rooms. We stayed on the 15th floor so the noise was faint. After a night of walking and partying it did not bother us one bit. However, it could be an issue for light sleepers but requesting higher floors can help. Althought earplugs could easily drown out the noise. Also, I'm not sure about parking & fees as we used uber services. Our experience at Four Queens was amazing. We will definitely be back!

The room was clean, pillows were soft. House keeping staff was very nice, front desk staff very nice, casino floor staff great, drink waitresses great. Restaurant dtaff amazing.
