The hotel was amazing, clean, beautiful, good location, staff were friendly and super helpful. The pool is FANTASTIC, restaurants were delicious! The room was large, bright, modern and clean. Nothing but positive things to say about this place!

This was my 5th time in Vegas and first time at resorts world. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay but, in some ways, we feel there is a bit of false advertising with our room/crockfords. We stayed in the West Tower and the stark difference between the hallways, let alone the comparable rooms in the other tower, was really unfortunate. Especially since we had booked this place, given it was my husband’s 40th birthday. It also wouldn’t have been so bad if you didn’t have to walk to the nicer side to get ice and can immediately notice the difference in the hallway carpet. The other issue was the size of bed - I don’t know if it was just compared to our king bed at home, but this felt smaller than what we have at home and at other properties on the strip. However, the staff at the crockfords were amazing and the special touches in the room are really nice. The property itself is quiet, safe, and quicker to the middle part of the strip than I expected.

I spent hours watching videos, comparing prices and reading other reviews because I wanted the absolutely best luxury room a non-billionaire could afford and crockfords did not disappoint. I had a hard time providing a 5 star as staff plus a huge part in a hotel obtaining 5 star remarks. As the property is 5 star status its staff needed to go through luxury training and how to make a guest feel special to gain all well rounded 5 star status.
