We enjoyed the Wynn. However for a five star I expect my room to be made up daily. We had it one time in three nights. Also the right sink clogged up over night the first night and never drained, It had black muck floating in it. No one came to fix it. We were out of our room a lot. There was plenty of opportunity for housekeeping to come. Otherwise the room was spacious and well appointed.

Room was spotless, all staff were courteous. The only negative was upon check in we asked for a 2:00 p.m. check out and were told that should not be an issue and that as long as we were out by 4:00 there wouldn't be an additional charge. The next morning I called to confirm that a 2:00 p.m. check out was still okay I was told that 12:30 was a late as was acceptable.
