it was our first time visiting the resort, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We booked to check in Friday evening which starts at 3pm or 4pm and we arrived in Las Vegas super early around 10am. I called the hotel and they welcomed us to check in early at no additional cost. I love how the hotel is connected to other venues so it makes it easy to walk to the sphere without having to go out the heat. There is an abundance of options. I was worried they had everything but a convenience store but they even had that too. The view was breath taking, I loved seeing the pool parties and entire golf course. There was also an IPAD in the room that has everything accessible. My one tiny complaint was that for the streaming services we had to log in each time and had to type in from the IPAD (I know, 1st world problems!) but overall we will go back again once I my wallet replenishes from this last visit lol
