The property/room was nice pretty on par for similar properties. Nothing stood out that would make me choose this over another though. The things I was really disappointed about was being told at least 2 pools and 2 hot tubs would be open. There ended up only being one pool open but front desk and reservations had no idea all others were closed. That was frustrating because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The other thing was the restaurant/ Pennie’s cafe service was terrible. Got seated, sat for about 15 minutes before getting waters, then after no waitress for another 10 minutes got up and left. I have vip with Expedia but that made no difference to staff seemingly because it’s a third party still.
