Room did not matched the pictures, it was “ok” but the part where things went bad was when the started calling to go to the time share presentation.. please avoid that no matter what they promise is not worth the time or effort.. i would not consider this property again

This hotel is in a great location on the strip. It’s quiet, rooms are clean, staff are extremely polite, facilities are very good. The only issue that the majority of guests were frustrated with was the lifts. They were slow, didn’t come often, wasn’t enough of them. We used the stairs when we stayed for quickness. However, we couldn’t with our suitcases. Took 25 mins to get down to the reception on check out morning. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Had an amazing weekend with my children. The room was perfect with a full kitchen, which worked extremity well for us. Staff was the best and helped out with saving us money with some amazing deals on things to do for the kids. Overall 10/10 love it and will be staying there again.

Very convenient location. Unfortunately parking for the hotel was full the whole weekend so we had to park at a separate facility. Pool was a little dirty. And lastly, this is just me but I wish they had more than one mirror in the hotel room.

I absolutely love staying here! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the staff is amazing, super responsive and just a text away if you need anything. It’s incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the Strip and a block from Target, which makes grabbing groceries for your stay super easy. Highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Construction, Parking Issues, and Poor Service I have been a loyal Expedia customer for 20 years, but my recent experience at this property was so frustrating that I am seriously reconsidering ever booking with Expedia again. Shortly after booking, I received an email from the property warning of construction noise and parking disruptions. I immediately tried to cancel through Expedia, but was told (through repeated errors) that I wouldn't be refunded and that I should contact the property instead. The property, in turn, said only Expedia could help. This started a days-long ordeal of back-and-forth with both Expedia and the property, including multiple calls, endless holds, and bounced-around responsibility. One Expedia agent promised the offshore team would resolve it the next morning, then I received no further communication and had to call back several times. Each time, I was told someone else was handling it and I’d need to wait even longer, by which point booking another property would have been impossible. After escalating the case, both Expedia and the property denied there was any construction or parking issue, despite the warning I’d received in writing. To “make up for it,” the property offered free guest parking – but when I arrived, there was no free parking available and the staff denied ever making such an offer. The reception staff themselves were unable to direct me to alternative parking options. As soon as I checked in,

Room was very spacious. The kitchen was equipped well with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family.

Valet is the only option. I came for a business trip and would use my car often. Valet got irritated with me because I only tipped once a day and started pretending they didn't see me arriving to drop off my car. Self parking should be available and free of charge. I am not staying at this hotel ever again. Also, at the gym I was asked to no make too much noise with weights because someone was getting a massage. I did my best and still got dirty looks from staff...
