Great hotel

Stayed here for EDC, really big room for 4 people, stayed at a deluxe suite, loved the bathroom, full stock kitchen, living room with sofa bed and separate room with bed. They have selfp parking but for $2 extra might as well do valet, don’t have to worry about parking your car after. Their elevators just suck, can be waiting like 30 mins to get to an elevator they only had 1 working for that 6 day stay. Loved that theres everything around the hotel so you don’t have to walk far. The staff are very attentive and will text you to see if you need anything!

We have stayed at this property many times over the years. This time, after standing in the check in line for 2 hours, we were placed in a room that had a terrible odor (mildew) my husband went to the front desk and explained that I could not stay there because I have asthma. They apologized and transferred us to another room. By the time we got to the room I was exhausted. The room was as bad as the previous. Broken furniture, filthy carpet. My husband called the front desk and told them that the room was not suitable. Finally they placed us in a room that was clean and renovated. My point here is that they put us in two terrible rooms while they had better rooms available. If you’re new to this property, you probably wouldn’t have known the difference between the rooms. But I’m sure you would be very disappointed because the photo online are not the same as the first two rooms we were offered. It was only because my husband insisted that the rooms were not what we were use to when we stayed there that they moved us. Our reservation was for 11 nights. Once in our room everything went smoothly for our stay.

Arrived to a bloody room. Literally!!! Walls, bedding because I know things happen, I gave it another try While packing for room change, another guest walked in to our room. He said It was the 2nd room they did this to him. Supposed to be getting an upgrade. They drop us floors with no strip view and a tiny balcony, where I found more blood in the bedding here also….. Disgusting. Said they were going comp the entire first night, but the next morning, refused to reimburse anything but a 1 day resort fee. They finally got us a clean room with strip view but the microwave wasn’t working. The only things I asked were; strip view, larger balcony to recline on, and a microwave that works. I guess that blood required though. Michelle offered Diamond points 30,000 That doesn’t cover 1 night any of their hotels where we travel. Hilton, Give me a weekend at $0 Add $150 Visa card without requiring the tour,I was here for that, And you guys totally blew it. This gave Hilton the worst image to their name I have ever encountered. Faith, Fernando, and Joe Only reason we would ever return is if those 3 are all on the same shift. They make things right and show they care about guests and strive to make Hilton a better place. But it takes other managers and staff to follow the lead of those 3. Thank you Faith, Fernando and Joe. Only because of you would we ever return to a Hilton. Almost pulled our business relation out of there Those 3 saved Hilton a lot!
