Once I completed my check in, someone from the hotel came up to me to say that they had a complimentary welcome package for us, however she started asking many personal questions with the intent to booking a promotional tour to sell me something. There was no welcome package for me only a scheme to get me to buy something. Very disappointed to have wasted 5 minutes of my life.

I didn't like the plumbing in room. When flushing toilet you could hear it in the sinks. The gym and spa were closed my entire stay. Property was cleaned and convenient to the strip.

I loved this place!! What a pleasant stay off the Strip. So nice to come down in the morning to smiling faces in a bright reception center without the dim lighting, clanging of slot machines and the smell of smoke. We were here for the shows and F1 not gambling so this was a reprieve from the craziness of the Strip. Having our own kitchen to cook breakfast and lunch made this perfect for the kind of stay we were looking for. Quiet room and a very comfortable king sized bed were amazing. Reception Staff were so so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!
