No hot water, bathroom vent had 10 years worth of dust. A cash deposit is required which makes check in cumbersome. Great location, easy walk to the strip. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for.

they will be a suprise when you arrive as they will want 100 deposit in cash on top of the room you already pay for. The place wasnt the greatest for what they charge,it run down and dosnt feel safe... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

The area was a little sketchy, but the manager who took over the place 7 months ago, she was fantastic and I would assume they will get all that straightened out fairly quickly. They have lots of security just for presents their great location $,10 cab ride for me. I would stay there again and they have a Denny's right next door.

My room was clean and everything worked great. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful No shampoo or conditioner or bath wash, only a few bars of soap. Great location and price. I didn’t like the CASH DRPOSIT OF 100$ AT CHECK-IN WHICH WAS REQUIRED without any notification. Unheard of and because of that won’t return.
