The toilet bowl was plugged up and I couldn’t go poop . I could only pee. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didnt work. Also the bathroom sink was not draining properly and all kinds of nasty gunk was all over the sink. And there were cigarette burn all over the edge of a bathtub. It looked like a crack motel. Disgusting and gross and the plumbing wasn’t working . I can’t believe I wasted $68 to stay there.

I had to change the room 3 times: the first one,the carpet was dirty and full of stains, bathroom smells really bad, pubic hair in the toilet, bath tub with stains, I was moved to the second one and the AC was broken , the room was a stove and impossible to stay , finally I moved again to a room that apparently was more decent but when I came home in the night time the hot shower wasn’t working. This hotel is absolutely horrible and I can’t believe it’s accepting guests, the least Expedia could do for me is to advocate to have my money back for this horrible experience I went through

The staff were very kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. However, the room was not very clean, and the amenities were extremely limited and disappointing. On the bright side, the location was excellent — it had great access to the city’s main attractions and was perfect for walking around.
