We arrived in our room and it smelled like urine. I immediately contacted the front desk and their representative was everything but helpful. She kept insisting on sending the housekeeper to "assess" the room, instead of hearing ke tell her that my sense of smell is pqrticulqr and the urine smell is bad. We left to walk around and came back adter an hour or so, just to smell some fragrance sprayed just to mask the small. They didnt offer to give us a new room nor called to.follow up. Floors were dirty and areas dusty. Very poor cleanliness and staff are not friendly.

The stay at the hotel was good. The only inconvenience was that the room was never cleaned, nor were the towels changed since we arrived. I had to wait for one of the housekeeping staff and kindly ask her to please give me clean towels. She was very kind and gave me the towels, trash bags so I could change them myself, and toilet paper. And when I checked out, I asked if the rooms were cleaned every day, and I was told yes, but that I had to call the front desk and request the cleaning. I hope I do not find any room cleaning charge on my bill. I just want to inform you that if you do not request the cleaning, they do not change the towels either.

Never clean the room and when we try to do check out was a high line the person was so rude. She can’t help me or guide just roll me ok just drop your keys here. My friends has another room as well and has the same experience. I won’t Come back to this hotel. Sorry

A convenient location on the strip. There are lots of food choices but expect everything to be expensive. We enjoyed the Havana 1957 very much but suggest skipping Bugsy and Meyers. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are clean but noisy. Overall, this was a very good stay.
