The room could have been cleaner. My BIG issue was and is you charge for everything WiFi tv and so on. There was no free ANYTHING. Food inside the holtel was very expensive and not very good. Gordon Ramsay was the only good food. Because of the prices I will never come to Vegas again.

During our check-in, we encounter problems with our key. We liked the room, but we’re switched because every time we had to get in the room it was 30 minutes to an hour to get Security to open the door. Once she switch her room, we were downgraded to a smaller bedroom for the same pay although a better view the room temperature was very hard to set as either it got too cold or too hot never in between the hotel itself was cold. I’m from Buffalo and I regret not bringing my coat. We got charged for the resort, even though the pool was not open and we didn’t gamble. But Staff were pleasant. And there were places to go around.

The room was clean, though quite outdated like the entire hotel. We wished we stayed in Bellagio or Ceasar, prices were very similar for that night, we couldn't find the space in your picture, just gaming everywhere and while I understand its Vegas, I was hoping Flamingo would stand out (because of its history) as very classic, luxurious space. It honestly was very average.
