The room view was beautiful and the overall room setup was good. The only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because the bathroom was stinky the whole time, the smell was unbearable. The room cleaning was only performed once even after i requested to be cleaned daily. We noticed bugs and reported to the staff and nothing was done about it.

Originally paid just under $600 to book the room After the trip, there was a pending charge for almost $300. It ended up going through so I paid $900 for three nights in a hotel room that was well below average won’t ever stay there again rip off! If it would’ve advertised $300 a night for a bare minimum room, I would’ve never booked it in the first place

The check in process was overwhelming. There was a long line. The wait time was exhausting. Also the parking lot was not opening the gate when we tried the room key to get out after our stay.

I made a review before and I was extremely disappointed by my initial check in and extremely rude front desk staff. The manager reached out to me though and made everything right. We had a beautiful upgraded room with nothing to complain about. Our room was clean, bright and fridge worked. The hotel is in a perfect location with all the amenities you need.
