Three room changes ( plus two hours annoyance &!inconvenience to me) to get a habitable room. First room ( 4th floor) was truly horrid. A room so depressing & old that it should only be used as a storeroom. Second room marginally better with danaged furniture, peeling wallpaper and revolting toilet seat unfit for use. Third room was far better, renovated howevere as wheelchair accessible & had no suitable hangingspace but at this stage I said nothing as too stressed after very painful checkin process that required me to join a very long queue each time. Reception on checkout apologised & made small déduction to my account but I overall i felt extremely disappointed in this hotel experience. ( First time I showered & went to shampoo my already wet hair ... NO shampoo in container. Great annoyance & inconvenience to me. Eventually after lengthy delay ...as no instructions how to use telephone (or hotel guide) ...found room attendant to refill shampoo dispenser ...which I observed. Three days later went to shampoo hair again and mysteriously NO shampoo again. All very weird plus inconvenience to me again. This hotel room itself was massive improvement on the first two but my overall experience was painfull plus very expensive considering I was paying the equivalent of AUD 350 plus per night through third party provider. To attempt to assign two very low class rooms to me was most unacceptable and demonstrated marketing arrogance. I would not choose this hotel again.

Good location

Good location and clean, watch out for the resort fees, this is misleading, why don’t they just charge this in the original room rate as it isn’t an optional fee? Hotel is good, but they are unclear and misleading on costs

Expensive & no coffee

Pros: Comfortable & quiet
Cons: Put coffee/ tea facilities in rooms, limit people trying to engage you in conversation/gimics every time you enter/exit the lifts
Location: Good location skip
Room was nice, but very expensive, and it is the only room we have ever stayed in that had no facilities to even make a coffee in our room!

Impolite staff. People in the hotel running scams

Hidden ‘resort’ charge at the end costing us and extra $35 per day! Not happy at all.

OK for young people

Pros: Convenient location and self check-in/out.
Cons: Pool area and customer service. Also the hotel could do with a makeover
Location: Location was central on the Strip and across the road from Caesars Palace. Margaritaville Restaurant was downstairs which was good.
Room was clean but basic. Pool area had loud rap music blaring constantly and was only suitable for young people who like that type of music - certainly was not relaxing. Constantly harassed by hotel staff trying to sell Timeshare (even though we are Australians who apparently aren't eligible for this), also constantly harassed by salespeople trying to give away "free" samples of their products (always with strings attached). Overall our stay was disappointing when compared to the other hotels/casinos we visited and very tired looking.

Fun but run down.

It's a fun Hotel to hangout in and the staff were all great to deal with. However even after getting an upgrade, the rooms are awful! My shower tap was falling out of the wall and the water pressure was so weak, some of the power outlets were also falling out of the wall. I'd certainly hangout there again, but I'd never stay in one of their rooms.
