The property over all is very nice. There are 3 buildings each has a pool with its own hours. Our room was nice but could have used better attention to detail on the cleanliness in certain spots. The gentleman at the counter was not much help and acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. He truly does not understand the meaning of customer service and that is his first and foremost responsibility. Overall yes we would stay there again.

When we checked in the room looked like it had not been cleaned. Even the hungers we dusty. Floor was dirty white socks looked brown. When we called to get the room cleaned were told because we booked thru expedia we had to wait for the property owner to send people to clean the house. They didnt clean the room for 2 days. Had to call and complain. Couldnt use the hot tub because it had molded the shower was dirty. They didnt even provide shower gels. Towels were old and ton. Nothing about this room was ok. Very disappointed especially became i have stayed in this hotel several times and had no complaints. The owner of the room clearly doesn't care. Dont book this hotel via expedia.

We came specifically to see Anyma at the Sphere and also Paranormal Mind Reading, both of which were very entertaining. Enjoyed the jetted tub everyday, unfortunately I thought I had booked a room with a balcony, I did not. This is my 3rd visit to Signature Suites and I enjoy the large rooms, quiet and less crowds.

We had a nice experience last year, and this year is different. We paid for the suite (they call that “one bedroom” ) which is about 950sqft, but the front desk gave us a small room (about 400sqft) and insisted that was what we booked. Had to make several phone calls and waiting, finally they changed to the right thing. The location is good, easy to find and easy valet parking. The room is 4 stars but the furnitures were 2 stars and lack of maintenance . Probably because it is private owned and managed by some third party company. May vary from room to room.

My room smelled upon check in and the desk said because it was privately owned and I booked through Expedia that they could not even provide an air freshener. I reached out to private housekeeping to have them taken care of it and they were able to come the next day but we're unable to get rid of the smell which lingered for my entire stay.

Everything went well until check-out.. For some reason, our car did not pop-up in the system.. It checked out before we did apparently.. lol.. But they did found it quick. We did spot a ding on the hood of our car that was not there before the trip, but we can't prove that valet did that. Besides all that, check-in was fast and proffessional. The hotel in general was clean, nice and friendly.. I would definetly consider returning on our next trip.

Great resort however the signature itself was not great. Our room was beautiful however it was not clean or updated at all. There were holes in the headboard, our tv was broken, the bathtub was very dirty, and our microwave was smoking. The staff was very friendly but when we asked for new towels and toilet paper, they said we couldn’t have any because we booked through Expedia. There was also no room service and no housekeeping. As I said, the resort is beautiful and very fun and very big but the signature needs a lot of updating, cleaning, and better guest services.

Check in process was smooth. Once inside encountered a small issue with the faucet which was corrected right away. Love the bell service and I liked that it was very close to the strip yet far enough to escape the noise.

The room boomed through Hotels.com were privately owned and not managed by the hotel itself. When first checked in the room they gave us smelled awful so we called down to get the room changed and they gave us contact info for whoever dealt with that room. We contacted them and they could not move us to a different room until the next day so we had to stay in the smelly room the whole night. I was so nauseous. They did not even compensate us for that night’s stay. The room they moved us to the next day was so much better. We enjoyed that room. But still should have been accommodated for the first night.

The shower door handle was falling apart, there was no light in the closet and there were only 2 facecloths for my entire 10 day stay. There were some decidedly dirty plates in the cabinet crusted with something unmentionable, and the FREEZER was overflowing with frost. The bathroom vanity was not working and there was no hairdryer, I have stayed at this properly many many times, however never with these issues.
