To say this place is a horror show, is an insult to horror shows. I heard the Tropicana next door is getting knocked down for a baseball stadium, and I'm praying for future guests that an accident happens and this gets knocked down as well. Staff were near non-responsive when checking in and didn't really explain properly. 3 elevators and only one working resulting in delays of 45 to come down from the 18th floor. The windows rattle of a nightime we are about to tumble. Extra costs were added which resulted in nearly double the price for "Gym and Water". I have more weights in the back of car than this "Gym" and we got water 1 day out of 7. We had to ask the maid for towells when we needed them as our room never got serviced. The day we were scheduled to leave we got a knock at the door at 9am with the maid wondering why we hadn't checked out yet. Never again.

This is an old building, lots of broken fixtures. Only 1 x working lift (the others were out of service). I paid in full before leaving Australia, but upon arrival, there was an additional casino fee of $90USD, plus a $250USD room bond, which would be payable after you leave, but takes 3 - 5 days to re-appear back in your bank. The room had a hole in the wall, big stain in the carpet, pen markings on the table, and paper thin walls. So be preparred to listen to your neighbours when they come to their room at 3AM. I would not reccommend this hotel.

I Didn’t like this property bc it’s not as shown on the website it is run down and all I saw was prostitutes coming in and out. It was very noisy and very dirty beds were not comfortable at all, and on our second night around 1 o’clock in the morning alarms went out to evacuate, which was very scary. Everyone was running out all to come out to be a false alarm. We were very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel to any family with children.

Bad Experience/Gross- I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. We arrived and were told that "reserved" rooms aren't reserved. We would have to upgrade for 2 beds. We were offered an upgrade to a "premium" room for an additional price. We took the premium room. It was late and we were tired from the road trip. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was moldy. The drain was broken in the sink. The toilet was broken. The vents had enough dust & dirt to grow a crop of potatoes. The non smoking room smelt like the crop of potatoes. The shower sounded like it had demons. The heating/AC unit was broken. The room was hot. If this was a premium, I would hate to see a regular room... All of the elevators, but one was broken. When the staff was approached about the situation, they couldn't have cared any less. The pictures of the rooms listed on the website were not the even kinda close to reality. This is full shoe room. Bare foot or sandals don't cut it.
