Quite literally the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Super unsafe. Wires popping out of the walls by the elevators. Elevators didn’t function. Mattress had to be from the 60s and we didn’t have enough pillows or towels in our room for the amount of guests we had staying there. They didn’t fix it when we told them we needed more things. Mold and DUCT TAPE holding the bathroom together. Truly truly awful.

My experience staying here was not worth it. I was charged a resort fee on both Expedia as well as when I arrived to my hotel. They ask for a $300 temporary hold which I find to be A LOT especially considering the conditions of the property. It looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades and the property is not clean. Behind my tv there was a collection of dust, as well as a disgusting tv remote. The bathroom was also impossible to shower in and was just overall gross. Only one elevator worked for our building and it took us on average 10-15 minutes waiting each time we went up and down. There are 2 restaurants on property, a hooters as well as a steak and shake so not a lot to choose from. Our floor REAKED of cannabis and we complained and nothing was done. Yes this is a more affordable option but it’s almost not even worth it. It’s completely away from the strip, the casino is small, the rooms are disgusting I genuinely wouldn’t even walk on the carpet. I’ve stayed at the mirage, Mandalay Bay, as well as the MGM and I’d much rather be at any other casino I’ve tried than here. Customer service was some what decent but I’m trying to get my payment issues resolved with the resort fees and there phone number attached to their property is AWFUL. You can’t hear what they’re saying half the time because they’re phones suck. Also don’t bother trying to call the front desk, house keeping, or any other staff member via the phone provided in your room. Bedding is thin. UGH

The first room at check in was horrible drapes where ripped lights didnt work and their was bugs the second room we got had a hole in the wall and behind the door too the restroom and too top it off i got a parking violation when i had already paid for a 2 day parking pass and also a ridiculous amount for a deposit with all these inconveniences

The property is close to the strip. My only issue was the bathroom. The tub in our bathroom was completely stained and we didn’t feel comfortable using the shower

Low end motel 6, many elevators not working, no hot water for showers, no fridge in room, heater very loud, no maid service,$150 resort fee is crazy for this place,,would not stay again

When I booked I didn’t see the hotel charge parking lot but when I checked in they said I have to pay 20$ a days and plus tax . The air conditioner my room was big noise I can not sleep and I told them fix or change other room for me and they said other room the same problem . I m not very happy , it was vacation but not enjoy anything in my hotel room . Very very noise room

No luggage storage facilities. Staff completely and utterly unhelpful. We came 4 hours too early and could not leave at least our luggage so we could go for a walk. Had to pay $30 for early check-in just to leave the luggage for 4 hours. Found out the MGM Grand opposite has free luggage storage facilities. So we moved next day, much nicer hotel with several beautiful pools with bars. And much better and cheaper restaurant.
