Hotel.com need to be ashamed to advertise this hotel. I have pictures of the horrible conditions. They didn’t have any clean rooms. We tried 3 rooms and just took the last room even though it was dirty. The shower was dirty and dirty towels on the floor. The manager advise they don’t check the rooms behind the associates. This was a horrible stay. Hopefully. I can attach some of the pictures. The police had to run in the hotel. I felt unsafe and and nasty.

Stayed 10/24-10/27 1. Check in staff did not offer my rewards upon check-in 2. Room was dirty (found toe nails, chips and crumbs on the floor. The entry mirror was broken, nearly hanging off the closet) 3. The premium rooms state the there be a “view” when in fact it’s just facing the airport. 4. The guest in 1832 decided that midnight was an appropriate time to check to see if the connecting door to my room would open. I notified staff that multiple individuals were in his or her room attempting to enter my room as I was sleeping. No one from the hotel contacted me to make sure that I was safe. This left the remainder of my trip unpleasant 5. The guest elevator was broken. This is the second time this year that I’ve stayed at this property and have experienced such a reoccurring situation. 6. The day of check out, I’m woken up by housekeeping around 9am when check out is supposed to be at 11am. Also I had the “do not disturb” sign on their door & housekeeping pretended she didn’t understand English. I’m simply flabbergasted. Also why is no one available to answer the phone when staff members are visibly standing next to a phone? Think this might be my last visit at OYO since there’s never ending issues and they’re now charging for parking. The quality of the property & service doesn’t match the price they’re asking for.

Hotel's idea lf an upgrade was to have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Tub clogged and overflowed. This hotel is definitely for those who do my plan on spending any time in their room.

AC = noisy and vibrating Bathroom = toilet tank leak, dirty bathtub and peeling paint 2x Double Beds (not Queen) = super soft and squeaky Only one metal chair in room Carpet is like 20+ years old Super Loud construction for New Tropicana next to window. Can hear super loud rap music from rooms + cars downstairs. Can hear water pipes flowing and toilets flushing upstairs Wireless is inconsistent, sometimes off due to too many people. Only bright spots are close to airport and across the street from MGM.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this OYO in Las Vegas. When I checked in, nobody cleaned or serviced my room during my entire stay. I was told it was because I “never requested” it — which is ridiculous. Isn’t room cleaning part of what you pay for? The elevators were out of order the whole time, and guests were getting trapped in stairwells with no help or security escorting them. It felt unsafe and completely disorganized. The room itself was dirty, with towels left on the floor, trash piling up, and no staff checking in to make sure things were okay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price, you can find much better service and safety elsewhere in Vegas.
