The property was worn out, in serious need of a refresh. Services were limited -housekeeping by request not automatic, no bell hops, casino smoky and it is right by the airport so there is plane noise. Staff was friendly.

I was overcharged for the room stay and the front desk was not able to fix it. The front desk "OYO Hotel and Casino" charged me the full amount while "OYO Hotels" also charged me for over $620. The front desk did not attempt to contact OYO Hotels to get the charge fixed and provided me with a number to contact OYO Hotels that did not work. The A/C was very loud all night long. The vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned as it looks like it has dust and mold in it.

I rate this a -0 stay. We arrived went up to our room to discover there was no shower curtain went back downstairs to tell them and they said they would get right on that. The next day we went out early came back still no shower curtain no maid service and they said we didn’t ask for maid service when indeed we had. The day before when we left, we went downstairs to tell them no maid service no shower curtain and still things have remained. The room was not clean at all. Pictures show that it was filthy. Still have not heard from hotel gave them a couple days. Still nothing also we had went to the restaurant in the hotel, which was terrible went and told them the chili was sour and they said they would get on that and have the chef taste it. We left and did not go back. This hotel is the worst Skip it at all cost.

I mean, not bad, it served its purpose for me just needing a decent place to sleep at night. Walking distance to the strip. Alan was very accommodating and the cashier at the steak and shake was pleasant. For the location and convenience, I would stay here again.

The room was clean other than we found a used coffee pouch in our coffee pot. Also found socks on the floor. The fridge did not work. And the toilet would not flush well from the get. It would fill almost to over full and then slowly drained. Then our last night it flushed and over filled. We called to get someone to come fix it and they never showed up. We only used the room to sleep and shower. Which is just fine. We were busy most of the time being there. We would stay again but will look at all things before we unpack. I will say the room was not fancy but was clean for the most part and we didnt need anything fancy. Just needed a bed and shower! So it served its purpose for us. If you are looking for fancy this is probably not the place for you! Most of the staff was very friendly. We had ran into a cleaning person and asked for a plunger and she was very rude and would not help us. She just told us to call housekeeping which we did and never got an answer or any help.

The room was very dirty, with black fuzz all over the sink and bed. Housekeeping also did not restock anything, so when I went to take a shower, I had no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. I also don’t like that there is no stair option to the lobby/casino.
